I ordered the Salmon quesadilla which was good, but I wish I need need to use the ranch. Packed with veggies so i didn't feel bad about ordering turmeric potatoes on the side instead of vegetable side. The combo came with a drink and I choose the green juice that they make. It was really good! From what I could tell, they use fresh ingredients. Word of caution that it is probably more sugar than you would want if you're really trying to eat clean. The person that I worked with was very polite. They wore masks also. My total was around $15 which I would expect from a place using mostly fresh ingredients. Smooth Living has such unique smoothies! They have all sorts of smoothies ranging from about $5-7 with different add-ons. I think I got Green Goddess and it was so fresh! I forgot if it was the same smoothie, but a different one used sunflower seeds to which I was very skeptical at first. Not a gritty smoothie at all to my surprise! Serving size is pretty hefty, not too small, not too much. I went there twice to get smoothies AND their salmon hood roll! Not sure where the name comes from, but it looks like an egg roll. A giant egg roll. It had spinach, salmon, some shredded cheese, and other veggies. Wasn't too greasy and definitely hit the spot! I also grabbed a veggie burger one of the times I visited and it also had pretty fresh ingredients. I loved that none of the ingredients were overly processed. They do take a little longer to make the food but I'm assuming it's because they use fresh ingredients. Interior could use a little loving, but my hunger didn't care--I just sat right down and munched away. There's no little condiment stand, so ask for your utensils and whatnot when you're at the register. They take card/cash. So delicious! I only get to Memphis once a year for work, but I'm already looking forward to my next trip so I can check this place out in person. After arriving at my hotel, less than a mile away from the restaurant, I was exhausted after a long day of travel. I did a quick search to see what was close by and Smooth Living was among the first few listings to pop up and I noticed their ratings were very good. I opened up my Door Dash app and low and behold, I could get take out from the restaurant, so I went for it. I chose the mushroom sandwich and got a side of their buffalo fries and both were out of this world! The buffalo fries, were more like thick cut potato chips, but they fried up nice and crispy on the outside, without being mushy on the inside and the buffalo seasoning had just the right amount of flavor and heat to it. My sandwich was nothing short of amazing! Great texture and flavor. Plus the seasoned pickle was a nice addition. Everything was packaged up nicely, nothing was greasy and I loved that it was comfort food with a healthier spin. This place was recommended to me the other day by Chris at Planet Fitness. I walked in, and it's busy, several people ordering, several waiting on orders and the phone is ringing. And it's only 4:15pm. Since there are several people that have commented on the time taking a while to receive food, I decided to test out this complaint myself. I've worked in the food industry, and making food to order is NOT fast food. If you want fast, then go to a fast food restaurant. I'm not expecting my food to be "fast". Good food takes time. There are several people in here and the phone ringing pretty regularly. Plus food is coming out regularly as well. And most orders are for several people at a time, plus the smoothie orders as well. And for it being an odd time of day to eat lunch or dinner, it's between lunch and dinner, it's still busy. I could only imagine during a lunch rush. The ladies were nice. Gave me recommendations. Even the new girl of 4 days gave me several of her favorites already. I had no idea what I wanted, just the fact that I was hungry and everything sounded good. Lol. Ordered at 4:27pm. I ended up ordering a Mo Life smoothie and a Grilled Chicken Santa Fe Wrap. 4:54pm, they asked what my name was because my order hadn't come out yet. Checked on it, and said it was about to come out next. 4:59pm my wrap came out. Now waiting on my smoothie. 32 min. 5:10pm my smoothie finally came out. What happened is my ticket didn't get split up between the smoothie person and the grill. Omg this smoothie is amazing!! And the wrap is SO good! The smoothie was super flavorful and mainly strawberry banana flavor. The wrap, oh man, SUPER flavorful, FULL of flavor. Tender, juicy, flavors galore. This is by far my favorite wrap of all times... so far. Even though my food took longer than it should, the new girl didn't put my ticket in properly. So I won't hold that against them. The food, and the smoothie, honestly, was totally worth the wait. I wasn't in a hurry, so it didn't bother me none. And I love trying out new places. They did make it up to me and gave me a free smoothie card and a free slice of cake. The slice of chocolate cake wasn't as moist as it should be. Tasted good, but was a little dry. I WILL be back. They were nice, customer service was good, and they fixed their mess up. If I could leave a 4.5 review I would, because it did take a long time. But I would rather leave a 5 then a 4, BECAUSE they showed great customer service and apologized and fixed the issue. read more
