It wasn't a small project so I had 4 contractors visit and give a quote. Bear's Custom Painting was the last company I called and am I ever glad that I found Barry. Talking to Barry while he did the quote, I could immediately sense how much he cared about his work and I knew that I would be able to trust him to do a top-notch job with top-quality materials. The quote came in a bit lower than some of the local high-end competition and my decision was easy. With the project having recently been completed, I am thrilled with how everything went. Barry took care with every detail of the project and did a fantastic job. He also brought dehydrated chicken for my dog every day!!!

I ultimately selected Michael Bulich because my Master Bathroom Contractor was already using him to paint the bathroom. Michael did something unusual, which actually made to entire process more bearable. I did not have to move anything to the driveway. We moved everything to one side, completed half the garage, then moved everything to other side and completed that side. The process is, grind the paint off with a diamond buffer, then apply first coat. Allow about half a day to dry, then apply second coat with flakes. After that dries apply clear sealer. The entire process is about 4 days. The temperature was about 98 and that caused a small area 1 1/2'x 1 1/2 foot, to have bubbles. Michael sent his guys out and scrapped that area, and reapplied the base coat and sealer. He did this twice for no additional cost and as you can see from the photos, the floor looks GREAT! Michael was not the cheapest and he was not the most expensive. As you can see, it is not just about cost, it is about quality and service after the sale. I highly recommend Michael Burlich, and his employees Tim and Jammie. Not only for garage floors, he also did a great job with my Master Bath! Phone (757-715-0118)
