The original owners are long gone and under the new management, my husband is over ordering anything from this Pork Belly's now. We asked for an outdoor table because it was a lovely evening and there are partial mountain views. A male server came up and said we could order with him or via a QR code. I said we were fine to order from our phone if there was a way to request modifications. He didn't know the answer and walked away. Later a female server walked up and asked for our order. It seemed like no one knew what they were supposed to be doing. A 3rd different server brought our meals, and when I told him we needed utensils, napkins, and that I still hadn't received the cocktail I ordered, he said "I don't know, I'm just the line cook". My husband had to go inside to grab napkins and utensils because it was clear no one was going to bring them. The kids meals were fine, but both our rotisserie chicken plates were abysmal - the potatoes were cold with a few warm spots, which is a clear sign they had been tossed into a microwave to be reheated. The chickens had clearly been cooked hours earlier, because the meat was incredibly dry and falling apart. The tables next to us were also having issues (one woman told us there were french fries in her salad). The female server finally came out with my old fashioned (laughably tiny for $16), but I didn't even want it anymore since it arrived well after the meals and we were now annoyed about trying to find utensils. My husband went inside again to find help and was told they'd remake our chicken plates, but he said not to bother and we'd just pay for the kids meals and the drink. The guy snapped at him that we should just leave, so we did. I think they should just stick to the QR code ordering and assign food runners to tables.
