I believe the review that has been filtered is pretty spot on about the store, and can't comprehend why it was taken down... I would give it a one star myself, but I think the employees there are pretty chill so I gave it a two. There are so many smoke shops around the area with better prices than them and sell a lot more quality pieces as opposed to just china pieces this store sells. I definitely recommend checking the other ones out! "The people are RUDE liars that sell cheap KNOCKOFFS of original products.. When you make a store visit for example look at there grinders & notice the different names but the same markings & colors for the sharpstone & cromium crushers... They look identical!...... That is the 1st sign... Second when you have a problem omar will B.S you & not do what he says he will...i am very dissatisfied with all these kids who seem like stoners & don't know how to conduct simple business when there is a problem... Last but not least... Smokey is never available to make a complaint to...he only comes in random.. I was told he does not have a schedule...so with that being said how can a problem ever be resolved if your constantly dealing with the unprofessional people your making the very complaint about!" read more

went in one day to purchase something. Lady behind the counter lied to me about what i could use it for. when i got out to my car i searched online and found out i couldn't use it for what i needed, so i went back in and she wouldn't do a refund for me. So then she exchanged it for something that originally she said they didn't have there. Then when i asked for the manager she said he was busy in the back, So i left and called 30 mins later to speak to manager and she said the manager didn't work today he would be in tomorrow. Poor customer service, people who work there don't know the product and don't even know the inventory they have. will not be going back. read more

I love this place! The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The location isn't quite so convenient, but they have a private parking lot. This has been my go-to spot for my Djarum Blacks for years. Their selection of pipes, hookahs, and other smoking accessories is good and their products are good quality. Some of the prices are a bit high, but it's retail - supply & demand I guess. read more

This place is great! Staff on point. Even though they did not have my type of cig in stock, they were able to accommodate. Happy customer, recommend highly! Please note: number listed on yelp is incorrect, use 571-364-8927 (Manassas) read more

Location is great, park space always available, next to us pizza place if you got hungry. Decorated in very poor way, it is just like a really old messy room, the wall is full of irrelevant poster pictures and antique "I think :)" and they need more electrical ports. Service is great free tea with your hookah and also Internet access, come on this is the first place I see sell hookah for 10 $ and it is good one, and they will do your mix. The music is NOT MY TYPE I don't like rap unless it is Eminem, however, this is only at night during the day it is Netflix, yay. And I can use my noise cancellation headphones during rap. I will go again and again for one reason, it is not crowded and I can play my lol in peace. I gave it 3 star for the look, if it was fixed I would give it 5. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. All prices for anything are ATLEAST 200% any other place. For example a can of vector butane is normally 7-10$ here it is 18.99$ it's almost hilarious how much they're gouging. I assume they get away with it because in this more low rent area people can't afford cars and such so they have to go to the local headshop. Place screams shady. It seems like a place for money laundering or a front for some other nefarious reasons. Again avoid AT ALL COSTS. read more

0 stars deserved between the ridiculous prices and the mouth breathers employed there who are more interested in blasting shitty rap music then actually helping people or having any sort of knowledge of what products they sell better off going to the bp half mile away same glass 10th of the cost read more

Came in to get a MALE glass attachment for my water pipe. When I got there didn't don't whether the glass attachment was male or female because it wasn't frosted or sanded glass on the male end. Lady behind the counter got triggered when i asked if it was a MALE banger and said "We don't have what you're looking for" when it was right in front of her nose (the smoke shop down the street had the same exact thing and guy went straight to it when I said male banger in fact, he asked me what size I needed like a normal shop owner would) read more

One word, OVERPRICED! Not to mention, the people that run this place look like high school teens dressed to be hipsters meaning they don't know what they are talking about or doing....when you walk in be sure to be greeted by power trip teens asking for ID even if you look and act the part of being 35 years old.... read more

If I could give no stars, I would. The quality of water pipes is awful. The pieces are way over priced and horribly made. I rarely go in here, but when I do I'm always reminded within days how awful the quality it is. Make the drive into DC, RVA, or buy online!! Don't waste your time, or money! The staff is really friendly though so there's your one star. read more

Enjoyable place to visit - many treasures: Sublime posters, lapis lazuli polished stones, and a large selection of rolling papers. The person who worked there was very helpful, engaging, and knowledgeable about various products. The music playing caught my attention. It sounded like a mix of trap and bass, with a psychedelic sound, and a lot of humorous and creative rhymes. Prices seemed higher than I'd expect, but you have to pay if you want good quality, which appeared to be what they had. Had an assortment of glass pipes, water pipes, and advanced creations that cost as much as $1,200 dollars - which is well worth it for the craftsmanship. The place is worth the experience even if it is just to visit. read more

I don't know who had the audacity to spell an entire business name wrong. That's just silly. Shope is definitely not a word,

I am quitting smoking and came in here to look for a rechargeable electronic cigarette. This review will be in regards to my experience for that. I called on my way home from work and talked to a young man who was incredibly knowledgeable about e-cigs and the pros/cons of each brand/type. I said I'd be right over and made my way to their shop. My first impressions were the ample parking available and a decorated storefront. It made me feel comfortable. As I walked in, I was greeted hello by 3 different people! It was great to feel so welcome. The gentleman I had spoken with on the phone showed me to the electronic cigarette section and pulled out a few different choices for me. They were a little out of my price range but he gave me all the information I needed to be able to make an order online and suggested a disposable e-cig I could use in the meantime until my order came in. I was so impressed by the friendly welcome and the service I received. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for Hookahs, cigarettes, glass items and pretty much anything related to smoking. read more

If you are looking for Vapes this place is horrible. They are a bong and bowl shop. They are way over priced for their mods. Juices are limited to say the least. They guys dont know squat about vaping. They are just selling to capitalize on the vape trend but thats it. Unless you need a juice and know what you like then in a pinch ok... but there are 3 vape shops within a mile of this place. If u need a bong or bowl then its your spot. read more

When you walk in, it feels like you're walking into a headshop disguised as a dorm room. The staff is as unprofessional as the decor. As for the prices... they are double what they should be on almost every item. I was told that the owner goes to expos and gatherings like that and buys them there and sells them back, which is why the prices are so high (thank you staff member for that info). I would steer clear of this shop, it is nothing but price gouging and bad service. read more

Employees rip you off when you go in they sold me a nail and said it's worth over 100 but online it's worth a measly 15$ and I asked for a deal on blunts and they gave me a box of 15 packs of 99 cent blunts for 30$ I didn't notice until I opened it after I left. this store is a disappointment the employees are scammers but make it look like they are not. read more

STAY AWAY! very messy interior and the employees looked like they were high. The prices were absurd -_- I went online while I was in their store and found the same product for a lot cheaper. It's a ripoff and they end up getting some people that think they are getting a "hookup" when it's a scam. Take your business elsewhere... read more

EXTREMELY overpriced on EVERYTHING in the store. The guys that work there are nice I guess, and always make you think they are giving you a deal. Well, you might be giving a deal but it's for something that is TRIPLE retail. There is 2 other shops within 1-2 miles of this place with WAY better prices, really nice stuff, and clean and bright room. SMOKEY SHOPPE # 1 or whatever this one is called, it has been around for a long long time. I also don't like being barraged for my ID the minute I walk in. Not to mention all these guys wants to do is try and get you to spend as much money as possible. I hate to kill this place but they really screwed me over so I will be honest about my experience. Bought a piece, it broke after they wrapped it, brought it back untouched, unused, and all I wanted was to trade it back in. They said no way, they DON'T DO REFUNDS AT ALL! WTF?!?!?! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU GUYS RUNNING? NO REFUNDS? Get out here with that. I'm so glad I can go to the BP Gas station 1 mile up the street and get the same stuff for half the price. Or, go to Arcadia - they are nice, it is clean, and they have AMAZING prices. Arcadia is the best shop in town, they will be around for awhile I hate SMOKEY, and I think they are just killing people in terms of prices. Like, they literally have bongs, and pipes that are THOUSANDS of dollars...... ????? Like, seriously?!! You damn well know they didn't pay 1,000 for anything made from glass GTFO lol. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET YOUR WALLET EMPTIED AND BUY SOME FAKE ROOR CRAP FROM THIS GARBAGE SMOKE SHOP. They are called BONGS, not WATER PIPES BTW.... (joke) but yeah this is the worst store in NoVA - no lie. Don't waste your money, please. I did and regret it. They get the same stuff we can find on the internet or Arcadia which is .5 miles away (and has better stuff, better employees, better prices, AND they have vape stuff too. This place sucks, I WILL NEVER COME BACK. PLEASE DON'T FEED THESE CROOKS ANY MORE MONEY AND DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU ABOUT THEIR "SPECIAL GLASS BLOWERS" THAT THEY HAVE. I'm sorry to sound negative but that is how I felt when shopping at this establishment. read more
