Lady behind the counter lied to me about what i could use it for. when i got out to my car i searched online and found out i couldn't use it for what i needed, so i went back in and she wouldn't do a refund for me. Then when i asked for the manager she said he was busy in the back, So i left and called 30 mins later to speak to manager and she said the manager didn't work today he would be in tomorrow. I would give it a one star myself, but I think the employees there are pretty chill so I gave it a two. I love this place! The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The location isn't quite so convenient, but they have a private parking lot. This has been my go-to spot for my Djarum Blacks for years. Decorated in very poor way, it is just like a really old messy room, the wall is full of irrelevant poster pictures and antique "I think :)" and they need more electrical ports. Service is great free tea with your hookah and also Internet access, come on this is the first place I see sell hookah for 10 $ and it is good one, and they will do your mix. The music is NOT MY TYPE I don't like rap unless it is Eminem, however, this is only at night during the day it is Netflix, yay. And I can use my noise cancellation headphones during rap. Avoid this place at all costs. All prices for anything are ATLEAST 200% any other place. For example a can of vector butane is normally 7-10$ here it is 18.99$ it's almost hilarious how much they're gouging. Enjoyable place to visit - many treasures: Sublime posters, lapis lazuli polished stones, and a large selection of rolling papers. The person who worked there was very helpful, engaging, and knowledgeable about various products. The music playing caught my attention. It sounded like a mix of trap and bass, with a psychedelic sound, and a lot of humorous and creative rhymes. Prices seemed higher than I'd expect, but you have to pay if you want good quality, which appeared to be what they had. Had an assortment of glass pipes, water pipes, and advanced creations that cost as much as $1,200 dollars - which is well worth it for the craftsmanship. I am quitting smoking and came in here to look for a rechargeable electronic cigarette. This review will be in regards to my experience for that. I called on my way home from work and talked to a young man who was incredibly knowledgeable about e-cigs and the pros/cons of each brand/type. I said I'd be right over and made my way to their shop. My first impressions were the ample parking available and a decorated storefront. It made me feel comfortable. As I walked in, I was greeted hello by 3 different people! It was great to feel so welcome. The gentleman I had spoken with on the phone showed me to the electronic cigarette section and pulled out a few different choices for me. They were a little out of my price range but he gave me all the information I needed to be able to make an order online and suggested a disposable e-cig I could use in the meantime until my order came in. I was so impressed by the friendly welcome and the service I received. When you walk in, it feels like you're walking into a headshop disguised as a dorm room. The staff is as unprofessional as the decor. As for the prices... they are double what they should be on almost every item. I was told that the owner goes to expos and gatherings like that and buys them there and sells them back, which is why the prices are so high (thank you staff member for that info). EXTREMELY overpriced on EVERYTHING in the store. The guys that work there are nice I guess, and always make you think they are giving you a deal.
