I typically have (2) Smoke Shops I visit. 1 in Sugarloaf Mills, and another in Berkeley Lake, but…read morethis location is in a pretty convenient area being across from a liquor store, and on the way into the city on Ptree Industrial. The store is always CLEAN, staff is VERY friendly, and always knowledgeable on new products and merchandise. I really like that... Now, I gave 4 stars but honestly wish I could do 3.5!! I just feel this shop is always tryna to tax the hell outta you due to the owners. This issue I really think Is not the staff, but the owners for sure... On (2) previous visits, I had forgotten coal and hookah tips and came just to grab a few. They only sell items in large bulk! It just seems like they are always tryna push you to get more. A 2nd time I needed to purchase a new tobacco container for the hookah, and the employee had to keep calling the owner just to get an answer. The store that evening was out of tips, containers, and the flavor tobacco I like.....The owner obviously said "No", and I had to purchase another container for $17 and literally buy more than I anticipated because they were out of stock on several items. It was even a Friday night! Aside from those issues the store is ok, but start selling some A la Carte items. If I come in and wanna buy 1 small pack of coconut coals, have those in stock.. Not just a $15 box. If I wanna buy 5 tips, have a container where I can grab 5 tips, and not always force me to buy an entire bag, especially If I don't need that many. One thing I noticed is they do have some pretty trendy items from some of the brands, so I think that's pretty cool and will increase to 4 because it's in a nice area and that may be the reason they tax yo ass unlike some of the other stores in the area. Nonetheless, due to the location, staff, and the unique merch it's worth the visit.

This message is for the owner; my wife left her wallet at your establishment and went back to ask…read moreto look at the footage. Your manager was looking at in on her phone and confirmed the wallet was left there but told us that the footage was freezing and couldn't look at the footage after. She left to pick up her kid and after the employee talked to another manager, apparently a customer had returned the wallet with the money gone from inside the wallet. For me that is a hard pill to believe and would really like to look at your footage to see who took the wallet if a customer indeed took it, ok we can let it go. I left your employee my contact info please look at footage and give me a call. I will erase this once we confirmed a customer indeed took the wallet.

The lovely Shae was generous with her time & insight on the massive inventory from the Smoke Shack. The constant invention of some apparatuses blew me away like a smoking instrument that can be chilled before usage to ease the effects on one's throat. The layout of the store is extremely clean & staged just right with dimmed lighting, colorful displays of glass, artwork, products galore including snacks, drinks & whatever else one can imagine in a smoke shop. Smoke Shack also offers a Rewards Program through Clover. For the gifts I picked up I shelled out no more than $26 & lucked up on a Cheech Glass Bag - I'll rep Cheech & Chong all day long. Smoke Shack has a small team of friendly employees assisting customers & answering nonstop questions. You do not have to indulge or partake to get expert guidance as Shae shared with me, the information was mind-blowing...pun intended. Thanks again Shae for your time & cool vibe.
