However, I was unfamiliar w/ the prices of bulk tobacco because it was my first time purchasing the product. I was charged $27 for a 6oz bag of Gambler brand, almost $30 higher than another store charged for same. Pressed for time and need, I went a second time. They wanted $40 for 8oz same brand cig tobacco. The salesman, possibly the owner, admitted he charged $10 more for profit. In addition to tax & a 4% non cash fee for using a debit credit card. The latter charge is illegal in the state of CT (ct.gov). I didn't realize I was charged this extra non cash fee til home. Disappointed. Cloud9 is in a great location but be prepared to pay extra for this convenience. Knowing my poor planning, I'll probably still shop there, unless they get mad at me for posting an honest review.

Second, the clerk was SUPER knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and explained everything to us about the differences and benefits of different tanks, mods, and wicks.
