Aaaaand, the gentleman behind the counter told me they haven't even unpacked everything they carry yet - we can expect more display cases in the future. Not only is the selection huge and about to get bigger, but I was also told that none of the glassware comes from China, they are trying to keep everything high quality. I don't know to much about how to gauge that sort of thing, but I can tell you some of the pipes in their were so cool looking I kind of wanted to get one just for decoration lol. If you smoke or vape, or need to buy a gift for someone in that category, definitely check this place out!

Eventually, they offered to order it for me if I didn't find it at another shop that day. During that time, three other customers came in and were promptly helped. When the other shops didn't have what I was looking for, they all recommended that I come to this shop. The prices seemed reasonable, pretty much similar to other shops in the area. Prices are a little more expensive than buying online, but not much.

There was different person that time who was able to communicate adequately and I made a purchase. When I visited again I asked about how to clean the item I bought, he said, "I have no idea." No suggestions or advice, just "I have no idea." Then someone else came in the store who he seemed to know and he started talking to him so I left. There are so many other ways the interaction could have gone. He could have made suggestions or said he was sorry that he didn't know. Or even said good bye when I left. My suggestion is to never go back to this place and do my shopping for these products online from now on.
