Today, September 10th, my wife and I went for lunch, only ones there and both ordered the prime rib but I had the special which came with some lobster. Don't let the outside of this place fool you because looks are definitely deceiving. We were cautious coming to this place due to the appearance of the outside, but once we were in it was so much fun. Agus, aka rawbartender, was Ah-mazing and truly made the night fun. He was truly such a vibe!! I ordered the SpongeBob, which was Goslings rum, pineapple spice, ginger, lime, angostura bitters. Especially with the show that was put on, my drink tasted even better. It was a Smokey, yet smooth and refreshing drink! We also got the Snow White, on the sweeter side made with Pear vodka, orgeat, pear juice, lemon juice, cinnamon. And of course, we can't forget our schooling in tequila and Mezcal from Agus. He was very informative of what he was serving and we tried a few different shots. He gave us the rundown of how you're actually supposed to taste tequila. And I have to say I've never had an experience like that before. I wish the party didn't stop and I will definitely be coming back specifically for Agus and of course the drinks!

The Brussels sprout salad was top-notch--packed with flavor and one of my favorite dishes of the night. The pasta was also excellent, with a perfectly balanced creamy sauce that wasn't too heavy. I especially liked how they presented all the dessert options, making it fun to choose. We ended up ordering the pistachio cake, but unfortunately, it wasn't my favorite. It tasted much saltier than expected rather than sweet. I'm not sure if it was due to the cream cheese or the pistachios themselves, but the flavor felt a bit off for a dessert. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
