They literally know me.....anyways....I took back WITH RECEIPT. But bc it wasn't within 24 hrs they wouldn't exchange it. The explanation I got was "Well, did you not open it and try it before you drove away? We tell ALL of our customers to open before leaving." No tf don't! And no where is there a policy that states you can't return something after 24 hours. I'm HIGHLY frustrated. It's only $14 but when you go through a vape ev few days. It's costly. I told them I wouldn't be back, she shrugged w with a shitty look in her face. I normally don't blast businesses on social media but they were out of line and don't give a crap about their loyal customers.

I love this shop. I know some of you are looking at the name and saying "why is a woman giving this…read moreplace a review?" It's because not everything in the shop is "male only." I think I found more for me than my husband did. The staff there is friendly. While their check-out methods were definitely dated, they were very good at keeping us informed about how they went about charging us to make sure we weren't being over charged. (As a matter of fact, I think they might have undercharged us but I haven't gone over my receipt yet.) I definitely recommend at the very least browsing this shop. Even if they don't have what you're looking for, they at least have something that will make you smile.
