They even…read moreconfirm orders for items they don't have, only to tell customers they're unavailable upon arrival and then try to sell different products instead. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic and is unacceptable. To make matters worse, store management is nonexistent, and corporate does not respond to customer emails or complaints. The lack of accountability and poor customer service have made this an extremely frustrating experience. I won't be shopping here again anytime soon.

I always receive my order, including a freebie within a couple days which is well packed in peanuts. Love the toy soldiers in the package. You don't know why it's there but it cracks you up every time. Nice brand building. The *only* reason I hesitate on the 5th star is one small, but significant problem. If you order on line and do actually need to contact them for some reason and want to discuss an issue with a human - forget it. They flat out *will not* talk to you. For a while, they used an extremely problematic age verification system. I literally struggled with it for hours. They didn't seem to understand the problem using email and simply would not talk to me not matter how much I pleaded with them. I nearly gave up to look for a new vendor. After months of emails from me, one employee finally helped resolve the issue but still never spoke with me. The age verification system has been updated and works well now, but the experience was off-the-charts frustrating. This was strange since, in every other way, they've been exemplary. I found it in sharp contrast to a company that gives you a free toy with every order.

What can I say? I know. Get your A$$ to Sunnyside!!…read more I'd been a regular at Restore and Apothecarium and LITERALLY stumbled upon this dispensary while looking for something closer to home. WELLLLLLL... Let me tell you. Lower prices. Even BEFORE the sales or discounts are applied. As a caregiver, I am always trying to find ways to save my patients money. Great discounts!! Really great discounts. They really stretch out the new customer discount. I think my patients got it three times!! Each!! Great customer service. They people aren't just nice, they're efficient and seem to have a better system for processing patient and caregivers. Restore put me through so much crap (long waits, caregiver hassle EVERY FREAKING TIME!!) I finally just gave up. Sunnyside had me in an out in under 10min. FIRST VISIT. But the absolute BEST thing is the INFORMATION. Every other dispensary I've used only listed the total THC online and you have to purchase it to find the breakdown of THC vs THCa or CBD. Or, you can have a 10-15 min conversation with a staff member while they run back and forth so you can look at the containers and figure out which one you or, in my case, my patient prefers. At Sunnyside, the give a breakdown right on the website. (see pics) I can't understand why other dispensaries won't do this. Everyone really needs to check this company out. It's even bright and SUNNY inside. Not dungeon-y like some other places.
