I've been going to Mr. Stogy's for cigars since I was 16, er 18 rather. The place has a pretty decent selection and good prices, but the best part about Mr. Stogy's is the lounge. Complete with leather chairs, a fridge for BYOBers, satellite TVs, and a pool table it's an ideal place to relax and take in a good cigar or three. I definitely recommend the place. read more

Stogy's is a full service store with a very good selection of cigars. John the manager is very knowledgeable. Nice high end brands as well as middle of the road economic ones too. The store is half the business while a lounge is the other half. While the store is fine, its the lounge that is marginal at best. I have been there on plenty of occasions, hung out with the crew and been to the often tastings. During the tastings its a party atmosphere, very enjoyable. Guys are there to smoke and chat and drink. They bring in knowledgeable people to run the tastings and have good deals to go along with them. But when there is no party, the crew there is loud and abusive, often arguing about politics or race relations or the current events. One guy named Sal was calling another customer names because that guy didnt think the way Sal did. I didnt think it was right but I stayed quiet while everyone just spouted off. Debates grow strong there with no room for the guy who has a different opinion than the Alpha male in the room. There are 4 TVs to watch the games on which is nice. The lounge seats about 15. Leather chairs and a sofa. It would be nice if someone actually cleaned the place. The fans have 3" of dust on them. Empty cigar boxes all over the store. Floors havent been mopped in ages. John knows cigars but he doesnt know Mr. Clean. Too much clutter. Bottom line= Go to get a good cigar for a reasonable price but get out soon. You dont know what you'll stick to or who's attitude you'll cross. read more

Had a great experience in the store. Purchased the items. Store clerk made a mistake and forgot to add an item (I didnt realize it either). Without letting me know they charged my card for the additional item without informing me. When I called to discuss what had happened the clerk accused me of stealing. Watch your money with these people folks. read more
