Great place to go relax and smoke, the new manager totally turned the place around, and got rid of the grumpy Sunday guy, the store is much cleaner and more friendly then it was, they have made a lot of improvements to customer experience. Thumbs up, check it out, read more

I had a bad experience visiting County Seat Tabacco / Cigar, Cigars. I was not treated well and the employee there was very rude. I will not be back, there are better places that treat their customers with respect and courtesy. read more

Wish I could give them a zero! Wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face. Customers have been told no smoking for days because they didn't install an exhaust fan because the maintenance man doesn't work nights or weekends. You can't make this up. Incompetence with a capital I. Help with finding other stores--please. read more

Great store with a chill out area in the back. The only place in Bucks County I have found that has premium pipe tobacco loose by the ounce. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I just wanted to meet Brandon and get a picture. I do not drink. So, I waited for almost an hour only to be rudely told that I couldn't meet Brandon because I do not drink. They said he was only signing cases of tea. He signed pictures, helmets and other items. So, since I do not drink, I was wrongfully discriminated against by this person wearing the tea t shirt. I have emailed, messaged and posted on Facebook regarding this matter. Not only are they not responding to the messages after looking at them, they are ignoring my email and censoring by taken down my review on the Pat Deon Beverages Facebook page. They have not only shown not to respond to customer concerns but they censor any constructive criticism. They proved that the $$$$ is more important than the customer. Cannot recommend this establishment in good faith. Very sad when it comes to this Pat Deon!!!
