The reason for the 3 stars is the random up charges from the different employees that work there. I usually get the same products when I go in from this one individual. It's USUALLY the same price around 16 dollars. But when this other individual works all of sudden it's 27 dollars. I'm not sure if I this first person is giving me the standard price or if the next person is purposely charging me more. Needless to say I will not be returning because I feel as if I am getting scammed or charged more when others work the counter. Keep your prices at a fixed rate and stop trying to up charge or scam people out of their money and if the 27 dollars or the 16 is the the price showcase it so we can see what the actual price is.

From the great experiences I have had to relax, have a smoke, watch tv or movies, and the great valuable conversations with the owners and other regulars / customers that come in - I've become a regular at this point, It's not your fancy membership type spot, it feels home-y, it's chill. After seeing that 1 star review - I'll say this: No matter if everyone has their own perspectives and opinion - as we all do as humans being living our own lives - there's never been any intentional disrespect to anyone no matter your community, gender, etc. Very intelligent folks in this space including the owner and sometimes we may have the occasional deep, enlightening convos about the world, but usually it's lighter, just jokes and bustin chops. Great times! Take it from someone who's very black, very empathetic of others - great people, cigars and great experiences are had at this lounge. I'll probably see ya in there if im hanging or doing some work on my laptop. Cheers

Purchased the sour apple geek bar pulse at House of Smokes yesterday, June 4th 2026. I was opening the product as I walked out of the store and noticed there appeard to be lip prints on the brand new, sealed product. I immediately walked back in and showed the shop employee that sold it to me. He acted like that product had nothing wrong with it. He called his manager and was speaking in a different language so not sure what their lengthy convo was about. He did not give me a refund. He swapped it out with ANOTHER sour apple geek bar pulse that also had weird markings on the mouth piece, AND a black dead bug sealed under the packaging. I don't have a photo of the first one but immediately took a photo of the second one when I opened it. I still tried the vape and it had the most chemically taste I can't even put it into words. Got so nauseous and knew something had to be wrong with it. Checked the product code on the geek bar verification website and YEP it is a counterfeit product.
