Customer service sucks in this place. You walk in, and the employees are either running their mouths, eating, or both at the same time and won't even acknowledge you as a customer. On top of that, they are sold out of what I'm looking for too many times. You have a demand for a certain product and you don't order enough to have on hand, I don't get that... Drove all the way here to purchase Evod batteries. Was sold two batteries that were defective and loose sounding when shook. One didn't have threads to attach a cartridge to!! Came back next day to exchange for the exact same WORKING batteries and was told they won't. Despite spending over $100.00 in this store- nothing was suggested to rectify this issue. I left disgusted and will never ever give them my business again. I would give them NO STARS!!! Horrible and unconscionable ethics and practice. Me and my gf went here and we're first in line and wanted some vape products. First they didn't have the atomizers we were looking for although they carry just about every other thing for the Gladiator XL. Second I don't think the juices we asked for were mixed properly nor was the person very knowledgeable in the products we were asking for. And then when other people came in we got screwed bc she wanted to help these other people and stop helping us until the five other people were helped. Luckily were fairly patient and reasonable people and have worked retail. But we've been to the smokers choice in Kingston and they know their shit when it comes to vape products. And there is no return or refund on purchases so if we got badly mixed or wrongly mixed vape juice that's $12 down the drain. It's smokers choice "vapers choice" brand! We didn't feel comfortable when the associate has to look at a chart and have us repeat our order three to four times and still mess it up! Frustrating. I'm a real nice dude too but I'm also honest and I'll give the benefit of the doubt if this person was new but there was someone in the back who could have helped but didn't come out even with a huge line.
