Many flavors and add ons to choose from, like ice pipes and coconut charcoal. The beverages were just alcohol with the choice of juice, such as lemon, cranberry, pineapple, or orange. The drinks came out in red solo cups and it was oddly nostalgic. It felt like we were at a house party with good music and basic mixed drinks. They were a bit expensive for the quality and presentation. There was only one server, so at times it was difficult to flag him down, but he was very friendly.

Fred the owner is very personable and he loves his customers, community and most importantly his culture. With that said, if you want to eat some great tasting Haitian cuisine without spending hours in the kitchen (if you're Haitian) or driving too far then this place is where to go and the ambiance is amazing as well. The food is so delicious that I often stop by to check out their specials, and they've only been opened for a few weeks. Yes, it's that good!!! If it wasn't for the great-smelling food coming from the kitchen you might forget that you were ordering food and end up talking to the staff all day. We had ordered Guacamole which tasted kind of bland and was just average. Drinks were pretty good though. My main issue was how they have setup their Hookah. Very limited Flavors to begin with and except for one, all other flavors were not so great. On top of that, they charge $10 extra to replace the Coals. $10 for COALS..?!?!? I have been to so many Hookah Lounges and this was the 1st we were ever charged for getting the coals changed. That is just atrocious. Switching the complete bowl with new flavor was $20, so obviously we ended up opting for that eventhough the 1st bowl/flavour was still good and just needed new coals.

The bar was slow but that how it in a night club most times. The drinks were delicious. All the staff were friendly. There were multiple places throughout the establishment which were set up with a back drop to snap pictures.  The vibe on the top floor blew my mind. I never imaged there would be a place like this is Bergenfield. There were dancers on stilts, confetti, smoke machines, and a screen to watch the dj. I enjoyed myself.

Couches are comfortable and the music was kept to a perfect level that allowed conversation, yet not too low too enjoy. They serve quality brands of tobacco and use the good Egyptian hookahs. The flavor lasted a couple rounds and the coal service was prompt. The owners and employees were all very friendly and helpful. Good place to take a date or a group of friends. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

The chef is a soon to be CIA grad that is making the school proud. Chicken and waffles were done perfectly and the barbeque burger was seasoned in house. Would have preferred something besides celery with this, though, but the burger was really tasty. Definitely for the younger crowd, as is evident by their drink selection. But go for the food. There are just a couple of things I would want the owner/management team to be mindful of. First, for a run and coke it's like $10.50 which price wise I think is a little high, but that's not what made me annoyed-the cup that my drink was handed to me in was the same cup I rinse my mouth out with at the dentists office. I've never seen such a small cup. Buffalo Wild Wings gives you a large glass for $8. So they definitely overcharge for the size of the drink. Second, I walked into the bathroom and there was a napkin floating in the toilet-ok, maybe someone dropped it accidentally. I sit down and all I smell is urine and come to find out, management must have decided that instead of going to the store quick and buying toilet paper, they'd put napkins in the women's bathroom and the women were using the napkins and throwing them in the garbage which was why the whole room smelled of urine. The toilet was clogged and almost overflowed. I told the guy who I assumed was the owner, and he said he knew and acted as if he didn't care. Probably because they were all high. Literally all they need to do is put a smaller trash can in that little bathroom, plunge the toilet so it works, ensure there's toilet paper and go to the dollar store to get some glassware for your bar. I get it's a new business, but spending $50 so you can have 50 glasses would create a better experience. If they can get it together, I'd consider going back.

Nice, old looking pub and a very much local hang out…read more Only the bartender and another older gentleman were there watching old tv reruns but this was a Friday late lunch. We had to try the wings. Like others have said...big wings and decently priced in todays' economy. I got hot garlic. They were seasoned well and very tasty. Colleague got wings and had some sauce that was a combination of three sauces, forgot the name. He said they were good and no one he could finish them all! We shared onion petals which I likely wouldn't get again. More breading than anything and I'm guessing just out of a bag and fried. Had two cold beers and the bartender was very attentive to our needs. If you are in the area for lunch, stop in and have some wings and a cold one. They have quite a few choices in their sauces. Enjoy!
