I brought it into the shop and met the owner, who I thought would help me right away. I was shocked when he declined to stand behind his product. As an excuse he and told me that because it was scratched, (week old) he could not return it to his vendor. So, for his profit on a $24 butane torch, he lost all my future business. I'm new in town and had been very pleased with the service I'd gotten there by an employee. I'd even returned to purchase another item. But I definitely WILL NOT be back now and could not recommend this business to anybody...

When I questioned my $26 total, she said "Oh, that ($10.99) was in Euros". USD was $14.99 ffs. WHO THE HECK TELLS A CUSTOMER THEIR PRICES IN EUROS WHEN YOU'RE IN COLORADO? Then I noticed that the second can was different, smaller and less nicotine per pouch. THEN she lied straight to my face about the nicotine content (and some BS about dots on the can) when I can clearly read "6 mg per pouch" on the can. I got 2 of the same but when I got home I saw that they were elevens, not the 12.5mg I was offered and asked for. And it's an inconvenient location unless you're already over there. I'll never be back.

I'm a fruit dessert/ fruit cream kind of girl and I like the Highlander line which they didn't carry due to respect for a neighboring shop that was stocked in that line, no biggie because I also really enjoy the Naked line which they did carry and had plenty of variety from that brand! The best part was they all 3 of their newest flavors to boot! We walked out with the Azul berries (one of the new flavors) from Naked in a 3 and it was just as delicious as he described!!!! Best juice flavor I've had in over a year, no lie!
