on Saturday August 1st my wife and myself popped in randomly for the first time.... I was amazed at all of the different products tgey sell! It's much more than the normal head shop! I'm really sorry but I forgot the gentleman's name who helped me (kinda had longer hair).But he was very knowledgeable about all the products that were for sale. I ended up buying a pipe I usually would shy away from but luckily he pulled out every pipe on the shelf for me to see. Other shops don't give this kind of customer service. This place was already high priced but when they're starting to charge $24 per bottle it's become absolutely ridiculous. I would like to support a local company, but AlphaStar has just gone downhill with very little selections available, high prices, and a staff that repeatedly says they'll "get that in stock soon". There's a better shop right down the road that's WAY more affordable and has a ton of selection. Save yourself the time and pass on this shop. read more

Please please do not buy from this company. I easily spend 100$+ here a week. I was gone for about five minutes, and noticed my ruthless salt nic was half empty, I turned around and spoke with Brendan, who accused me of using it and then bring it back for a refund. I asked to speak with a manager, and was told no. After multiple attempts he finally called someone, who also "refused" to talk to me. I was then told to come back Monday, I asked what time and his exact words were "our hours are clearly posted outside the store". WOW. I normally have such a great experience with this company, keep coming back, and have referred so many people here. After today I will no longer shop with this company, and will spread the word about the experience I had. read more

I just went to Alpha Star. I bought a 3 pack of pods and some nic juice. I explained to the guy working that I needed pods for my vape, I showed my vape and the pod currently being used. I left, filled the pod and waited the 5 or so minutes before vaping. As soon as I inserted the cartridge and it was too small. I returned to Alpha and explained to the same gut that he had sold me the wrong pods. He said that I told him the Novo 2. I said that I did not say i had the Novo 2. I have never owned a vape other than the Novo X. He took the incorrect pods back and then very rudely slammed the correct pods on the counter. The gentleman working that day could most accurately described as a nerdy looking guy with poor style sense, brown hair, 5,7" with a super lame 1970,s mustache. I will never go back to Alpha Star Vapes. read more

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!......We purchased NOT 1 but 2 Vape's at this location, went back because it stopped working after a month, after a female associate told us that it was the 3rd one of the day-week whatever....took it in to be " LOOKED AT "male associate said it was the charger and there was nothing he could or would do...!! Really ??? Saying it was the charger and that the USB charger we were using was not acceptable....okay so if that is the case why aren't they sold with one??..ummm....THEY WONT GIVE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT ON ANYTHING YOU BUY IN THIS LOCATION. . NOT TO MENTION THEY ARE RUDE. THEY HAVE A 400% MARK UP ON ALL THEIR PRODUCTS. JUST DO YOUR RESEARCH BRFORE BUYING ANYTHING VAPE RELATED.
