Just had dinner here and it was excellent! The owners have set up a contemporary, upscale restaurant in the Outaouais cottage country and it was a refreshing change from all the greasy spoon face's and diners around here. Me and my dinner companions shared the amaretto scallops, garlic prawns and nachos for appetizers and all were quite tasty. I went on to try the ribs and I could tell right away that they weren't boiled and the grilled like all of the usual places. I was told my ribs were smoked for 3 hours and I could definitely tell by how soft and tasty the meat was.
