Atmosphere and Service: The food truck itself is well-maintained, with a rustic, welcoming vibe that immediately sets the tone for the smoky goodness to come. The staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about their craft. You can watch as they prep and serve the food, which adds to the experience. Pricing is reasonable for the quality of food. For the amount of food you get, it's a great deal. The Food: Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the FOOD!!!! Brisket: The brisket here is something special. Slow-smoked to perfection, it's tender with just the right amount of fat to keep it juicy. The smoky flavor is deep and rich, and the seasoning is spot-on, providing a great balance of salt, pepper, and a hint of sweetness. Pulled Pork: The pulled pork is a crowd-pleaser. It's shredded to perfection, and the smoky depth of flavor pairs beautifully with the tangy, slightly sweet sauce. The meat itself is incredibly tender, pulling apart effortlessly with just a fork. Smoked Chicken: The one thing I regret not trying today, but most definitely will be trying the next time around. Ribs: The ribs fall off the bone with minimal effort, showcasing the pitmaster's skill in getting that perfect balance of tenderness and bite. The glaze on the ribs is a bit sticky but perfectly caramelized, adding a touch of sweetness that complements the smoky flavor. Saturday April 5th we got to participate in the grand opening of 100% veteran owned BBQ food truck called Smokehouse Heroes BBQ. It was brand new with a great logo and color scheme. Everyone was smiling, very friendly and had a convenient QR code right on the side of the truck to view the menu. The menu was very well laid out and had some really cool names for the different dishes. My wife got the brisket and I got a full rack of ribs and we shared sides of Mac and cheese, baked beans, and potato salad. Everything was cooked perfectly and so good! We highly recommend! We can't wait to go back. read more

You will definitely no go hungry with the delicious food you will get from Smokehouse Heroes!! you will definitely have a full belly. Where do you start or pick a favorite?? I mean my personal favorite is the brisket, moist with just enough spice to keep you wanting more! Then there is the pulled pork or chicken...with some kickin pickles or regular if you prefer and onions to top and let's not even get going on the ribs!! Too many options and not enough room in the gut!! I can't wait until they are open for biz again. it is all good and you can't go wrong. read more

Found Smoke House Heroes almost by accident. They were able to come to our function (American Legion Post 42) on time and set up. Food was great, everyone I asked was more than pleased with the food and the service. I personally had their brisket and I will definitely recommend and will order the next time. The other thing I was impressed with was how clean and orderly their trailer was. If you are a bar-b-que fan you will want to check out Smoke House Heroes read more

I have normally not been a huge food truck person but after eating the brisket and ribs on Saturday I am a huge fan now. The brisket was super moist and the meat on the ribs just fell off the bone. They also had banana pudding which didn't disappoint either. If you get a chance to catch this food truck you won't be disappointed. It is Veteran owned which is another huge plus. read more

Smokehouse Heroes BBQ is incredible! You can taste the love and passion in every bite. The BBQ is packed with smoky, bold flavor -- absolutely delicious. But the real star for me was the baked beans -- rich, smoky, and seriously the best I've ever had. You can tell these guys put their heart into everything they do. Can't wait to go back! read more
