The pecan flavor shined while the smoke was a nice complementary undertone. Waffle cone was not too sweet which I loved. The sorbet was not like other sorbets. This one was less icy and more creamy. They also have an Apple Caramel pie which is only found in Louisville, I didn't try it but it looked really interesting.

I have to be honest -- I liked the prior location more, but I understand in the current times that rents and leases and overhead cause some tough business decisions to have to be made to remain solvent. I had a scoop each of mocha chip and chocolate peanut butter ice cream in a dish and it was tasty. Employees were efficient and friendly with service. Display cases seem smaller than at the prior location, but that could be because the inside seating area is smaller. Tables with seating for 4 are available, but I felt this would be more of a takeout business for cakes and pies. The parking lot, however, is quite large in the lot located beside the business and just a few spaces at the road frontage lot.

Me and my family visited this food truck while at Central Park in old Lousiville for the Shakespeare in the park event. They have a few options on how to get your ice cream. You can go the classic waffle cone or in a bowl. You can get it put on top of a brownie (cabin brownie) or get it served with cookies (classic cabin). Me and my family sampled all options. I personally got the chocolate ice cream with a brownie. My wife and second oldest daughter got strawberry ice cream and cookies and cream with there brownies. My oldest daughter got the cabin classic and went with a snickerdoodle cookie with cookie dough ice cream. Everyone one of us loved our choices. The ice cream had great flavor and To me the brownie was good enough to serve on its own. Very good desserts at This place. Pricing was a smidge on the High end for ice cream. But the serving size was good and taste was great. They also made up for it by selling can cokes and bottled waters for $1. The other food trucks at this event charged $2 and it was the hottest day of 2021 so far so me and the family made a few drink trips here. So that worked out great. Overall very good and cool concept with a cool cabin setup for this mobile food truck. Hopefully we see this truck at future events.

I appreciated they sent out a snapshot of their menu early on. I got a strawberry french toast crepe. It was thick, closer to pancake consistency with syrup soaked in and fresh strawberries on top. I was expecting something lighter but this was very filling. I also got a breakfast crepe with bacon. It was stuffed with eggs, cheese and fresh spinach. The bacon was crumbled and they gave us a ton of it. Depending on your hunger level you might split them into two meals or share. Along with a bottled water I got a Dole pineapple whip. Pineapple juice, bits of pineapple and vanilla sorbet. Really good, not overly sweet because the gelato calms it down but it warmed up about midway through and needed ice or to be chilled.
