I've seen customers being truly awful and rude to her, and she still does what's right. Up until the point she needs to not let people talk to her like that. I would do the same if someone so ugly and negative just kept hammering into me. Unfortunately those are the people that leave reviews and lie about the situation. I've been going to this store, and only this store, for over 5 years. I even met the owner on Christmas once, he was very pleasant and easy to work with. These guys VALUE return customers! I'm given discounts often because of my loyalty, which is why I've never have been, and never will go, anywhere else. Please be kind to service workers, they aren't there to take your abuse, they are people too, with good and bad days. It's takes nothing to be kind. One customer was upset because they didn't sell cigarettes?? They don't sell cigarettes, but why would they? I imagine people with common sense know to go to any gas station or grocery store for those. Bottom line, first, please be kind to service workers, they are just like everyone else. Second, if you need anything to do with vape shop stuff plus more, there is no greater place. I say that after many trips to many vape shops, and more than once at each place. It surprised me to only find one that actually knew to reward loyal customers. Not to mention they had low prices to start out with! DAN offered to show me a similar cigar I was looking for at a cheaper price after I almost went full cardiac after finding out Utah is like the 2nd highest in tobacco tax. I planned to buy two Oliva Connecticut but not for the reason of high tobacco tax in this state. Not the stores fault... it's the state of Utah. They even kicked my boyfriend out of their store last summer bc they thought he was stealing when he wasn't. I was so offended by that. What a fun shop, and I got to meet Amy, the owner, who was super helpful and explained how she tries to choose local brands and products that give back. I love all the murals on the walls and whimsy products that brought a smile to my face (gnomes). :) Amy showed me everything in the giveaway sampler bag, and she even threw in a sample for my cat, Sorsha's, achy joints. The consultation office in the back houses so many plant babies... can doctor's offices take note and do more of that please? They specialize in vaping and e juice but also have a nice selection of the regular smoke shop stuff you'd usually find. I was really impressed with the selection and knowledgeable staff. But the service here is friendly and helpful and fast. They know their products and they can get you in and out of there quickly. I do get a lot of texts, seems like they always have promotions and sales which I'm very fond of but I would only return during a promo period. Too pricy here. But they do have a wide selections of juices and mods so there's a variety.
