I actually like this shop but this isn't the first time this has happened so just be prepared that you probably won't be getting anything from them on time because they won't be open when they are supposed too. They specialize in vaping and e juice but also have a nice selection of the regular smoke shop stuff you'd usually find. I was really impressed with the selection and knowledgeable staff. But the service here is friendly and helpful and fast. They know their products and they can get you in and out of there quickly. I do get a lot of texts, seems like they always have promotions and sales which I'm very fond of but I would only return during a promo period. Too pricy here. I would do the same if someone so ugly and negative just kept hammering into me. Unfortunately those are the people that leave reviews and lie about the situation. I've been going to this store, and only this store, for over 5 years. I even met the owner on Christmas once, he was very pleasant and easy to work with. These guys VALUE return customers! I'm given discounts often because of my loyalty, which is why I've never have been, and never will go, anywhere else. Please be kind to service workers, they aren't there to take your abuse, they are people too, with good and bad days. It's takes nothing to be kind. One customer was upset because they didn't sell cigarettes?? They don't sell cigarettes, but why would they? Came in looking for a few specific items in specific sizes. When he tried to sell me the bigger I let him know I could not afford it, as much as I would love to, being friendly in saying so. His smile disappeared and he barely spoke to me the rest of the interaction. He knows I have gotten bigger purchases before and was trying to cut the price by $5 and when I said no, he went through the transaction so fast I couldn't even put my loyalty number in and when I said "oh the number went away", he just looked at me and said the total. Went from 3 or 4 very pleasant visits to being treated like an annoyance. If you want customers, don't get angry when they can't afford things. There are 2 other smoke shops in spitting distance (literally within a mile) and I will happily go to either from now on, even if one costs more and one is inconvenient, because they are happy to see me, make sure I use my rewards and don't push me. Return customers come back because of price and relationship to the workers, especially in smoke shops. Dont be acting like were best friends until I cant afford something I never asked you to order. Will not be going back.

Each rep there is knowledgeable about mods, tanks, drippers and juices. The ability to sample many many flavors and the relaxed atmosphere makes for a new age hooka bar. I wish I found this place when I stopped smoking and started vaping. Not uncommon to find one or more of the owners there helping you right across from the counter. The loyalty program could use some revamping as its based on the number of visits...when I buy, I buy for my wife and myself. Going to try to make it next Friday for their black Friday event. Kudos for continuing to prove why buying from them and not just your corner smoke shop makes your hard earned money well spent here.

Anyway I want a juice flavor profile i get 1 pick from the guy I know they got the strawberry custard I want but this guy tells me they only have one strawberry/milk/custard type juice which is a brand i really dont like because I tried theyre juice before and my coil was toast in a day and a half. I looked myself and found 4 juices that were what i described. I just dont get the lazy service when they used to be so great back in the day. But if youre a rebuildable guy try and I hate to do this go to Ivape or just order off the web and look at some reviews for tools and mods or tanks on the net. If youre just wanting a lazy here you go "smoke shop" experience get youre disposables here theyre no longer what i would consider a local vape shop. Sorry Peak I wish I could recommend you guys but times have worn youre wheels down and you just arent for every vapor.
