The story of the traveling pair of pants…read more While traveling through Palm Springs I needed alterations on a pair of pants I recently purchased. I searched Yelp and found a cleaner/Taylor nearby that had good reviews and was close to where I was staying. I dropped the pants off the day before I was schedule to leave (bad planning on my part). The young woman who I delt with was super friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Since my flight was the next in the afternoon the pants would be altered and be ready the following day at 1pm, perfect! The next morning I realized my flight was AT 1PM and I would need to pick up the pants earlier than planned. I called the store to tell them my delema. I spoke to the same woman and she said that she could put a rush on the pants, but I would have to pick them up at their other location in Cathedral City where they were being altered. I said no problem, since I needed the pants earlier, I could pick them up on my way to the airport. When I arrived to the store in Cathedral City the pants were ready but missing. After a few phone calls we found out the pants were mistakenly taken by their father and on the delivery truck en route to the other store. At this point I did not have time to drive back to Rancho Mirrage to get the pants so I asked if they could just ship them to my home address. They said they could do that for me which I appreciated. I knew it was a honest mistake and was happy that they would take the extra steps to get the pants to me; I agreed to pay for the shipping, all settled! Now I had just enough time to get to the airport and catch my flight. En route to the airport I received a call from the cleaners telling me their father was on his way to the airport to meet me and hand deliver my pants. Talk about customer service!!! I arrived at the airport and was greeted by gentleman with a big smile and my pants!! I offered him a tip for going out of his way but he would not accept it. He was happy I could get my pants And wished me a safe flight. Overall it was very refreshing to deal nice family owned business that was super nice and would go out of their way to make their customers happy. This is one happy customer!

They lost a customer for sure I come regularly and this time I went to pick up my pants I always get them done with no crease and I noticed one of them had a crease on them So I let the lady know "hey I asked for no crease on all of them. "She rolled her eyes and didn't even say anything to me She just took the pants out off the bag and hangar and told me to wait a couple minutes. No apologies no nothing , she didn't even ask if I could wait a couple of minutes she just decided on her own that I had a couple of minutes to spare. Luckily I didn't have anywhere to be. When she is done she just hangs up my pants and yells "it's ready" and walks away. I wasn't asking for my money back or trying to argue with them I was just trying to solve a problem which THEY made and I get treated like if I started the issue.
