I have tried to speak to management or ownership, but there is no way to do that, say two employees. Management has no regular hours, comes and goes when he drops off cleaning and they never know when he'll be there. I took short sleeve shirt in for cleaning and pressing. When I picked it up, they showed me the collar was pulled away from the body of the shirt saying they didn't clean it because it was damaged. Despite my insistence that it wasn't damaged like that [what human could do that and not notice it?] there was nothing they could or would do. I left a cotton sweater there which needed sewing along the collar. The reattached one piece but then exposed threads from the edges and did not bother to finish the repair job. Worse than when I took it in and even though they knew I was not satisfied, they charged the full amount and offered not one word of an apology.

I dropped off 25 dinner napkins to be dry cleaned and pressed on Monday, March 17. I told the woman who is working behind the counter that I didn't need these in a rush, so she gave me a ticket and said you can come by next Monday to pick these up. It honestly didn't cross my mind to inquire how much it would cost to get 25 dinner, napkins, pressed and laundered ... I've used many other dry cleaners in the past and thought the cost would be reasonable. Yesterday, on Monday March 25th, the day my dry cleaning ticket said to come and pick up, I walked in and the woman behind the counter said my stuff wasn't supposed to be done until Wednesday. Had I had my dry cleaning ticket on me, I would've showed it to her and said we discussed it being done on Monday. I said, OK I'll be back on Wednesday to pick these up and oh by the way, how much will this cost? She tells me it's gonna be $250.00 to have these dinner napkins cleaned and pressed. Had there not been anyone in the store behind me, I would have had a more serious conversation about why I felt that Price was unreasonable and why was I not given an advance notice of the cost? In all fairness, I could have asked the first time I was there or done more research into this ... however, I believe that we sometimes don't ask these questions because we are familiar with experience and accustomed to a standard price. Out of the 25 napkins that I brought over, only four of them had stains. All of the napkins were from the local Angelview thrift store which I purchased for less than $20 for all of them. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the store to pick up my napkins for $250 total . So, in retrospect , absolutely ask for a price before leaving your garments at this location and hold them to the date they promised, especially when it is a week away from the date you dropped off. The fact that this woman behind the counter are printed me a ticket that said pick up on Monday the 24th and when the 24th came, she completely gaslight me and looked at me as if I were stupid to tell me to come back on Wednesday, I was sort of beside myself that I was being lied to so matter of factly. There are so many dry cleaners in the area, so don't feel as if you absolutely have to go to this place . In fact, because of this experience, I will go out of my way to recommend any other place besides this.
