I feel like the merchant kinda took advantage of a new customer on this one. If merchant wants to correct this issue, I will consider updating my review. Update: Merchant replaced the lighter and made sure butane was in the tank but ONLY after I took down the review. I'll upgrade the rating slightly however - it is absolutely apparent, not only in my exp here, that he has a habit of talking down to customers.

Obviously this guy doesn't know simple math because 2026-2006 like come on. He took a long minute to go on his phone and text someone or do the math on his calculator because the customer behind me was patiently waiting and watching this all play out. Also, upon checking out, no "thank you, have a great day, come back soon, ANYTHING". I really didn't feel like a valued customer or that my business was valued there. Come to think of it, I should be giving this place 3 stars instead of 4 just on the service alone. If you are in need of cigars or loose pipe tobacco, this place likely has what you need.
