The chipotle chicken and guacamole were good. We got a bag of chips. They were stale. Asked for another bag of chips. They were stale as well. The soda area was filthy. We were going about 7 mph when a group of kids suddenly walked into the road from between parked cars without looking. They immediately began yelling and cursing at us as if we had done something wrong. As we pulled into the drive-thru, a few of them -- some wearing Burger King uniforms -- ran inside the restaurant continuing to yell at us. This made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned for our safety and the integrity of our food. Out of caution, I chose to back out and leave. To the owners or management: please check the security footage and take this seriously. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from staff members. I hope you take steps to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
