As a brand-new customer, I didn't know whether I was supposed to pick up or expect delivery, since that information wasn't mentioned on their Facebook page or communicated upfront. I reached out the day of, and they explained that delivery is between 5:30-6:30 PM. We waited, but the food didn't arrive until 7:01 PM. The only message I received was at 6:36 PM saying they were on their way -- no heads-up about the delay or an apology, which felt a bit off for a first-time experience. Portion-wise, you definitely get a good amount of food -- at around $18 a person, the price feels fair for everything included. But unfortunately, presentation didn't live up to expectations. The lasagna didn't look as appetizing as I had imagined, and the Italian cookies seemed store-bought, which was a letdown since I was hoping for something homemade. The green beans were the standout!
