I open my bank app and show the transactions but the owner of the store comes over and says it's pending it will reverse by the next day. So I wasn't able to leave with the drinks I paid for. Next day comes and the transactions post on my account so I had to call my bank just to get it back. They are extremely rude and just unintelligent. I will never shop here ever again and I recommend everyone to steer clear and never give this place your business. The other reviews weren't lying when they said they scam their customers.

I don't know if the same guy is still running this place. I've spent hundreds of dollars in this place $150 M.O.B. Glass dab rig. $250 MK glass dab rig and a few more. M.j. arsenal etc. So I'm asking to look at a couple pieces and noticed there was a POPS! on the shelf. Only one. So I asked if he collected and he said "No, man the owner does. I just work here." Ok fair enough. So while looking at a glass dab rig the employee says. "Hey, let me grab you some hand sanitizer for your hands cause they're dirty. I don't want to get anything on the glass.".....Oh, wait... No he didn't. He said "Bro you can't touch anymore stuff. Your hands are fucking disgusting." The ambiance is dark, which is oddly comforting, but the layout left room for improvement. I have never liked bar-style herbal shops where you have to ask for everything; I wish they had a proper shelf display so customers could browse each product individually. If you are looking for kratom, be aware that they have a limited brand selection and a small variety of forms, specifically stocking just beverages, concentrates, and tablets. However, quality makes up for the limited selection, as it is worth noting that all of their brands conform to American Kratom Association standards.
