They won't do an exchange for a new one. That's not how you do business. Don't bother coming here for your vapes. Go somewhere else where your business is appreciated and valued. I like this place. I like their wide selection and convenient hours of operation. I was about to give them 5 stars until I just visited and bought 5 boxes of this product which was labeled with stickers for $2.50 and SOME of the exact same boxes had stickers on them with the price of $3.50. The kid working morning shift sold them to me for $3.50 and when I asked about the price change, he said they went up and the boxes he's giving me are with the updated price. Weird. Then don't have the $2.50 on display because that definitely made me feel bamboozled. read more

I Love. Love. Love this store. It's a Family run store. The gentleman Masood is SUPER cool, his Dad is also really polite and sweet. I've met his sister there as well. She has a lil white dog that stays behind the counter sometimes. Such a lil cutey. Masood is the type that you can talk to for hours. He's a complete all around type of guy. This place has clueless owners and staff. Products are often expired, and when you point it out they shrug and put it on shelf. I went there a few times a week for a month trying to get 2-3 different products and was told each time they were going for a "pick-up" and would have it tomorrow. They never got any of them, and simply didn't care. Their prices on some products are higher than a convenience store too-there is not one reason I can think of to patronize this place, unless you want to overpay for really old tobacco or support lazy owners who don't care about you. read more

Bought a $300+ Roor glass piece here for my very first purchase from the place... got it home, smoked from it, and crashed out, putting the piece aside on the nightstand.... woke up the next day to find it leaked out all over the nightstand due to a super small crack along the base of the chamber... NBD, I'll just pop back by the shop, explain things, and swap it for a non-defective piece.... so swing by the shop, bring in my piece, explain the situation, and am told that all sales are final, but if I'd like to buy a new piece, they'd skip charging me tax on it and offer a 20% discount on the next piece.... Ummmm, I just spend $320 for a piece that was broken from the day I brought it home... the crack is impossible to see with the naked eye and you only know its leaking once it sits for a while and you can feel the side and the moisture seeping out.... after a day in the same place, you can see a puddle where it dumped bong water all over the nightstand, but nothing at all I noticed when smoking from it with my girl or any of the few friends we had by that night... basically, was ecstatic to finally be buying myself a nice kick ass piece, only to find the thing was busted and the shop I purchased from had no intention of helping out and making things right.... I smoke like a chimney, both cigarettes and other substances and with the shop only a mile from my place I was certain this lil shop would be my go to for pieces and smokes going fwd... but rather than take the time to do right by a customer who comes in and drops several hundred dollars on his first purchase, and then comes back looking to swap out a defective product and buy additional smokes, bowls, nails and a few other items for the rig, they instead thought the prudent business decision would be to tell the customer to stick it as selling me a broken piece for $300+ is just fine and if I wanted any customer service I should contact Roor Glass direct.... Well, fwiw, that will be the next step, after letting other folks know that this shop might not be the best choice to buy a high end piece if you expect any service after the sale... have a hell of a selection, and definitely loved that they were close to home, but cannot at all recommend when they have no concern for you once you've plucked down your cash and walked out the door.... wish my experience was different.... first time I'm even taking to writing a Yelp review because I'm so pissed I spent close to a car payment on a bong and the thing didn't last through one session of smoking and the company that sold it to me is happy to play it off and tell me to contact Roor if I have an issue... sorry Smokes 4 Less + could have made me a fully happy customer who provided you with loads of regular referrals from my derelict group of friends who smoke, vape, or otherwise blaze something daily, instead you have me looking for another local shop because you couldn't handle swapping out a glass piece that I spent a huge amount on when it was clearly defective.... read more

No desire to go back to this place. The man behind the counter was rude and impatient. He asked me what I wanted and when I said I was looking he told me I interrupted his lunch and would have locked the door if he wasnt waiting for me, making me felt rushed and kinda bad for interupting his lunch at 5:30 pm. Maybe the open sign and open door led me to believe he was on duty but I guess his lunch was more important than a customer. I will not return and with that kind of attitude, I hope no one else does either. This kind of customer treatment warrants the business closing. Being in customer service and sales, I would be fired immediately for that behavior. Worst part is, I think he was owner, meaning that this behavior won't be corrected. Maybe losing customers will show him his behavior is not becoming of a person in customer service. read more

I suggest that you don't go to this smoke shop, instead you should take your time and look for another smoke shop thats actually worth it. I walked in here looking for my next purchase when i was asked by the employee if i needed anything and i told him i was just looking around and then he decided to tell me that i disturbed him because he was eating lunch and that he left the door open because he thought i was going to come in and buy something but instead i just came in to disturb him. I mean if youre on a lunch break at 5 in the afternoon you should at least have the common sense to close the door and put a 'be right back' sign on the door, right? This place is horrible. The lady behind the counter is rude doesn't know the pricing and is horrible with customers , I went in to buy a pack of cigs , she charged my a dollar more then the price advertised including not using the $.50 off stated directly on the pack.
