If I could leave this place zero stars for customer service, I would! I recently called in to discuss a possible financial dispute (in which was not the shops fault) and received selective aggression and disrespect while only asking simple questions. This location serves a lot of convenience for me location wise and I'm a consistent paying customer. But I will never tolerate disrespect! FYI everyone, they are not liable to give out the store owner's information, not even their name supposedly. I've experienced a lot of un-professional behavior but never in my life the level I received from this location. Usually I let a lot slide but this! I will definitely not. Fake vapes! All they sell is fake vapes, that's why they tell you to make sure you check your vape before leaving. When confronted, they refuse to help and tell you to leave. read more

POS. Bought an expensive low nicotine vape that was horrendous came back got my normal vape left. It doesn't work came back and they told me that they won't give me a new one where every other smoke shop in Las Vegas will give you another vape if it doesn't work, do not go there. read more

Everything. I have been going there for a year to buy vape juice. I just came back from a 1 week vacation where I dropped my vape in the water. I have been using a Smok Nord 50watt so he tells me that the Smok Novo GT is the replacement I was so tired I bought it $44 + tax I can't figure out how to use it so I go to the SMOK website where they say a Novo GT is a vape for beginners it only goes to 30W I vape at 40. When I go back to them she tries to tell me that the website only says that because they really want to sell those she looks at YouTube to figure out how to use it no help at all the receipt says all sales final but you don't get a receipt until you pay for it they don't post anywhere ALL SALES FINAL. Long story short I went back to my old smoke shop & paid $60 & got the vape I actually wanted. I tried to give them the Smok Novo GT I bought & they didn't even want it I left it there anyway. When Smoke hub first opened on Rainbow they were really good with customer service now I would give them a minus 10 if I could. Now I know why they are open 24 hours because their sales are down. Their prices are better but their merchandise is not up to date & they only carry like 1 each of vape juice because she said their sales are mostly disposables. My old shop is more expensive but like they say you get what you pay for so I will never ever go there again. read more

Prices are fair but customer service is NON-EXISTENT once you walk out the door. I bought two ELFBAR 5000 hit recharge vapes here and one of them died after 2 days of minimal use (maybe 200 hits in and it stopped hitting even after recharge). I emailed ELFBAR support who told me: "We provide unified after-sales service to our distributors/wholesalers, and you might request the retailer where your device was purchased to refund or replace the e-cig." Meaning ELFBAR would reimburse/replace my defective vape for the shop if they took care of me. Headed back to the shop the next day (3rd day post purchase) after getting the manufacturer email reply. I explained the situation to the employee working the counter, asked if he could exchange or replace, and showed proof of purchase 3 days ago. The employee was super nice about it but said the owner probably wouldn't go for it, but he was surprisingly willing to try and call him for me to check. My luck, the owner answers the phone and the employee asks me to explain the situation on speaker phone. I tell him what's going on, including the manufacturer's own suggestion that I go to back to his shop for a replacement. The owner literally COULDN'T HAVE CARED LESS. No exchange, no empathy or apology for the situation, no explanation as to why he couldn't work with the manufacturer to replace, no nothing. The employee working the shop was the only one of the two who cared and apologized. That's the only reason this review has 2 stars, both of the employees (1st and 2nd visit were super nice and chill people). The owner tho, boooooooo, two thumbs down and 3 stars off for that unhelpful gem of a human. I'll stick with Blue Diamond Vapors or Southern Highlands Smoke Shop from now on, always great service at these spots from people who seem to appreciate your business. I know BDV would replace in this same situation as I asked them on my last visit what their policy was. Peace of mind moving forward taking my business elsewhere. read more

I've been coming here for a long time and they have a rewards program buy 10 get one free. I reached my get one free and let the guy at the counter know when I was checking out and he scoffs rolls his eyes and says I need to buy something to get my free one. Whatever I buy something. I then go and check out the product and it has a defective battery and I let him know. He then sits there arguing with me saying it was free just take it as is and I told him I'm not taking a defective product and he begins arguing saying the company doesn't take them back and it's making him loose money and to just take it. Like sorry? Your product is defective not my fault. I come here all the time and should get a product that actually works. He then gets super mad practically throws the product my direction and storms off. I am no longer coming back and you just lost a customer that spends hundreds of dollars a month here congrats. Simply don't offer a rewards program if you can't honor it and be happy you have repeat customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere read more
