I recently stopped by Smoke Hub and had a great experience. The girl helped me pick a new hookah and a vape, and I'm really impressed with the quality. The hookah pulls perfectly!! On the evening of October 3rd, I was in the area to grab my elf bar. I was able to use it for the evening and most of the day yesterday. Once it died it would not hold charge. I went to the store first thing this morning and explained the situation. The chick behind the counter advised me because it's been 24 hours past she would not be able to refund or replace. I didn't even want a refund. I just wanted a product that worked correctly for the money I spent. She then made me purchase a new one. As someone who works in the credit card processing industry, it is a known fact that a consumer is able to dispute or chargeback a transaction if and when they are not satisfied with the service and/or are not receiving the product they paid for. This includes defective items. As a merchant, it is your responsibility to provide a service and product that is not defective. She argued with me abruptly and told me it was illegal which is 100% incorrect. After trying to explain it she got extremely defensive and told me to never step foot in the store again. My boyfriend and I have been coming here frequently for awhile for many items. Taking my business else where it totally fine.. but after the amount of money I have spent here, they could have done the right thing especially after selling me something defective. Replacing a 23 dollar product that was defective would have kept you a long term customer. Now you lose out on two customers and the charge from 10/3 as I did not keep the defective product and I was not provided a replacement for something I paid for with the expectation it would work properly.

After research I was directed to this smaller shop in a strip mall, don't let the location fool you as it is very clean, well kept and smells delicious, as I am assuming from the vape oils for the smoke vape pens they offer... Everything is very well displayed and presented in such a way that you can see everything you need and browse for other items... display cases are organized by type of need and level of product. When I got there, the gentleman was helping another customer and quickly said hello and that he would be right with us.. so we looked around at were very much impressed with the inventory and while we looked, we couldn't help but to hear the conversation he was having with the other customer, it was the first time he had been in and the list of questions actually ended up helping me, however, he answered every question patiently and thoroughly and even gave advice and tips. When that sale was complete, he immediately apologized for keeping us waiting and we were able to explanation we needed. We had just left Buy Legal Meds where we had purchased CBD dabs (needing for upcoming surgeries and anxiety) and were in need of a vape pen and having no knowledge of what I needed, he looked at what we had and immediately went to the case and showed us the brand and how to work it, how to clean it and use it. He even gave us other options and we left very satisfied and will be back as after using the product we are going to upgrade.
