Bought two disposables here... one barely had flavor, and the other was just burnt smoke with zero flavor. Even a dead 0% juice old vape in my car tasted better. Tested in store as they suggested. I only asked to replace the worst one. The worker eventually offered an even cheaper vape instead after arguing which also didn't work, and then basically told me to piss off. He kept blaming everything on the product being "cheap," even though cheap or not, a vape still has to function. Never had this issue at any other shop. Worker or owner argued, made excuses, refused to make things right, and was rude for no reason. Do not shop here. read more

When I walked in my mouth dropped. They have such beautiful artistic pieces of glass here for an amazing price. And a very friendly staff. I have been all over town looking for a good spinner cap and Terp pearls. Jay had a pretty good selection of caps and more terp pearls than any smoke shop I've seen, so that was nice. I walked out with two pearls and two caps for less than 20 out the door. The last spinner cap I bought didn't have enough airflow and the pearls were too small and I paid almost 40 bucks just for the 1 cap and 2 little pearls. Very poor business practice here. Keeps items on display and for sale known to be broken. I was browsing dab pens and this product was reasonably priced at $29.99. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Middle of the road. It was behind glass. Asked clerk for it and he immediately told me all pens are sold as-is and non-refundable. Immediate red flag, right?! I asked to see it work and he wouldn't let me unbox it. He had to do it. Another red flag, right?! He hits the button, light turns blue, looks good. So I buy it. Charge it 4 hours per instructions and it doesn't work at all. Clerk never gave me the receipt either and I didn't think to ask at the time. Since I was told no returns/refunds, I'm working with the manufacturer to get a replacement but will still cost more money. Manufacturer was even surprised that model was still for sale anywhere because it is so old. Poor, pathetic excuse for a business model. Smoke shops are a dime a dozen. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. All the red flags and I bought anyway. That's my fault. Now I just wanna help my fellow smokers and consumers. read more

Clean, Well-Stocked, and Gracious service! Feeling pretty seriously stressed out at the end of the week, I went online looking for a store that sells decent quality Kratom. In the past, I've always ordered online, but this time, I didn't want to wait for shipping. Although there were only a few type and label options in the kratom stock here - he had exactly what I was looking for, and at reasonable price. Love this place! Every time I go in I feel so welcomed. The owner and son are always so nice and funny! They make me leave with a smile every single time. Not only do they offer great friendly service, but good prices too! They hook me up every time I need hookah or vapor stuff. If you need shisha it's best to stop in on Tuesdays because that's their restock day. They have the largest selection of flavor that day. If they don't carry a particular flavor just ask them and they'll bring it next shipment! Plus this place has bomb 20ml juices for only $8 (discount if you buy 3). Nothing but good things to say about this shop. They offer me the best deals and service compared to all the other shops I've been to in Vegas. From what I have experienced and from what my Son has experienced is that the old man is an awful individual, but because of his Son Jay, you will have a pleasurable experience when he is working. Apparently, the old man that owns this shop has absolutely no customer service experience or just chooses to be very disrespectful, rude, calls some of his customers liars, and refuses to exchange an item if broken to his customers. If it weren't for Jay this shop probably would have gone under along time ago. My suggestion is let Jay run the shop and hire someone with customer experience. This way in the end they will pull in returning customers that will keep coming back, making more money and always have great reviews. Having unhappy customers can literally destroy a business. Sure the owner probably says he can't afford to hire someone, but can he? Having someone with great customer experience and service will not only bring in more happy customers that will come back, but the money that will be made will not only pay for the additional help and the store with definitely profit. Killer smoke shop right beside my house! Everytime I go it's always busy, probably because the prices are low. They just started adding a vaping section to the store so all the vape heads can get their fix too. And one of the main reasons I go as well. Nice selection of glass, hookahs, and various niknacks. Every time I visit they really take good care of me. The owners son is usually the one working when I'm there, he's very friendly and fair in negotiationg. Aswell as informative about their products. The shops selection is pretty fantastic in my opinion with a fair amount of everything from basic to Exotic glass that they've collected from local dealers and glass shows from outside of town. read more

My favorite smoke shop now has a huge selection of vaping accessories, mods and great tasting liquids too. I was skeptical to try new liquids without tasting them first but I'm glad I did. The peach flavor was SO good! My boyfriend loves the Gummy Bear. It's owned by a really nice family and the father and son are always really helpful and knowledgeable. We've been buying ciggs from them for years because they are so cheap and now we'll be happy to give them our business for our vaping needs too. My only suggestion is to have liquids for tasting. I would have spent much more money if I was able to try them. Still not reason enough though to go elsewhere because they are so friendly and they even sell their liquids (quality liquids) cheaper than the standard $10 for 1 or $25 for 3. Normally when I walk into a smoke shop, I'm usually disappointed because I mainly go to stock up on my shisha and coals for my hookah. I like to entertain my guests and friends with a variety of flavor options so that none of the flavors I mix and match don't dull our hangout experience. When I walked into this quaint shop I was amazed at the large number of flavor options and hookah items. On the outside, it appears to be your typical shop, but inside it is packed with a plethora of items half of which meet my hookah needs. The store is well kept so it prevents you from feeling like you're about to make a deal with shifty individuals in a back alley somewhere. The people who work there are very kind and are actually knowledgeable of their products. They will provide suggestions if they can but aren't overbearing in trying to get a purchase out of you. Overall, I feel very good with going there and I will definitely be going back then next time I need more hookah stuff. read more

When I used to smoke I stopped in here a few times for smokes. Literally EXACTLY the same as any other of the thousand smoke shops anywhere. Same smell, look, and energy. I went in there with my girlfriend to purchase a hookah, tobacco, and coals. We were about to spend about $80. We waited for about 10 minutes while the owner was with another customer. Respectfully he was helping someone else but we knew exactly what we wanted and were ready to go. He could have helped us easily while his other customer was deciding. When we were rung up, we asked to split the payment 50/50. Split tender is so common today. We didn't have any cash on us and asked him why he couldn't split the payment. His answer was that it's cheaper to do it on one card so he doesn't get charged double, and that we just need to go to a bank and sort it out ourselves. Horrible business decisions if you ask me. Smoke Shop Plus is willing to lose out on $80 sales over a measly $1 or 2 charge for swiping a card. I'm sure we're not the first people to ask for payments to be split. In general they provided poor service, poor pricing, and overall a poorly run business. read more
