Bought two disposables here... one barely had flavor, and the other was just burnt smoke with zero flavor. Even a dead 0% juice old vape in my car tasted better. Tested in store as they suggested. I only asked to replace the worst one. The worker eventually offered an even cheaper vape instead after arguing which also didn't work, and then basically told me to piss off. He kept blaming everything on the product being "cheap," even though cheap or not, a vape still has to function. Never had this issue at any other shop. Worker or owner argued, made excuses, refused to make things right, and was rude for no reason. Do not shop here. read more

Ive been going to smoke shops in this city for over 10 years and this one is by far the best. They go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful in all their business. Their selection is beyond impressive and their customer service -- unparalleled. Not only do they know their products - they take the time to discuss the different brands and go over the pricing to help you find the best options for what you are looking for. Im glad I found them and cant recommend them enough to anyone looking for high quality products at reasonable prices. read more

When I walked in my mouth dropped. They have such beautiful artistic pieces of glass here for an amazing price. And a very friendly staff. I have been all over town looking for a good spinner cap and Terp pearls. Jay had a pretty good selection of caps and more terp pearls than any smoke shop I've seen, so that was nice. I walked out with two pearls and two caps for less than 20 out the door. The last spinner cap I bought didn't have enough airflow and the pearls were too small and I paid almost 40 bucks just for the 1 cap and 2 little pearls. This is the best smoke shop on the south side of town, and probably my favorite overall in town. Thank you guys for the awesome service, I will definitely be back regularly. read more

Very poor business practice here. Keeps items on display and for sale known to be broken. I was browsing dab pens and this product was reasonably priced at $29.99. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Middle of the road. It was behind glass. Asked clerk for it and he immediately told me all pens are sold as-is and non-refundable. Immediate red flag, right?! I asked to see it work and he wouldn't let me unbox it. He had to do it. Another red flag, right?! He hits the button, light turns blue, looks good. So I buy it. Charge it 4 hours per instructions and it doesn't work at all. Clerk never gave me the receipt either and I didn't think to ask at the time. Since I was told no returns/refunds, I'm working with the manufacturer to get a replacement but will still cost more money. Manufacturer was even surprised that model was still for sale anywhere because it is so old. Poor, pathetic excuse for a business model. Smoke shops are a dime a dozen. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. All the red flags and I bought anyway. That's my fault. Now I just wanna help my fellow smokers and consumers. read more

Smoke Shop Plus - Broken product. Known by store clerk to be broken. Can't be trusted. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

These guys are great!!! Waiting for a reopening! I get my Kratom there and im always happy its in stock!!! Waiting for the 30th!!!

Clean, Well-Stocked, and Gracious service! Feeling pretty seriously stressed out at the end of the week, I went online looking for a store that sells decent quality Kratom. In the past, I've always ordered online, but this time, I didn't want to wait for shipping. Although there were only a few type and label options in the kratom stock here - he had exactly what I was looking for, and at reasonable price. As someone who occasionally finds kratom to be helpful, I can honestly say that this was a good quality product. At checkout, a was also given a sample of a different brand. Much appreciated! Other than the occasional hookah, I'm not a smoker. But I found the vibe here to be friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely be back. read more

Great customer service, literally a one stop shop for all my needs! Will be coming back for sure, thank you guys!

This place is my favorite! The owner and his son is super attentive and knowledgeable. Hookah is my thing, and many smokes shops I've been to don't have as much selections as Smoke Shop Plus. This is my one-stop shop:) read more

Jay and his dad are the coolest. There was a week or so where I probably stopped in here every single day with more questions and necessities to purchase in an attempt to broaden my horizons on smokable 'tobacco' dabs.. lol, and not once did they say "are you serious, this girl again?". They were nice and friendly and even when my husband went in once or twice they gave him a great deal on a vape for himself and one for me. I love small family owned businesses. Support your community, they deserve it. read more

Love this place! Every time I go in I feel so welcomed. The owner and son are always so nice and funny! They make me leave with a smile every single time. Not only do they offer great friendly service, but good prices too! They hook me up every time I need hookah or vapor stuff. If you need shisha it's best to stop in on Tuesdays because that's their restock day. They have the largest selection of flavor that day. If they don't carry a particular flavor just ask them and they'll bring it next shipment! Plus this place has bomb 20ml juices for only $8 (discount if you buy 3). Nothing but good things to say about this shop. They offer me the best deals and service compared to all the other shops I've been to in Vegas. I've been coming here for 5 years and they'll always have my business every time I visit Vegas. read more

I will only go to this smoke shop for all of my needs; they are consistent, provide quality customer service and have a large variety of options for everyone. I've been a customer for well over 6 months and Jay and his father are the best! They always provide me with suggestions that are catered directly for me. Check them out, even if you're just shopping. They can provide you with any knowledge or info you're looking for, at great competitive prices too! read more

I had one good experience at this location with the young gentleman who no longer works there. I went in today and spoke with the owner, I didn't even get off his ass to help me. Super unhelpful. I wanted to spend $300 but I will take my business elsewhere read more

Killer smoke shop right beside my house! Everytime I go it's always busy, probably because the prices are low. They just started adding a vaping section to the store so all the vape heads can get their fix too. And one of the main reasons I go as well. Nice selection of glass, hookahs, and various niknacks. Check it out if you get a chance, owners are user friendly. read more

Every time I visit they really take good care of me. The owners son is usually the one working when I'm there, he's very friendly and fair in negotiationg. Aswell as informative about their products. The shops selection is pretty fantastic in my opinion with a fair amount of everything from basic to Exotic glass that they've collected from local dealers and glass shows from outside of town. read more

My favorite smoke shop now has a huge selection of vaping accessories, mods and great tasting liquids too. I was skeptical to try new liquids without tasting them first but I'm glad I did. The peach flavor was SO good! My boyfriend loves the Gummy Bear. It's owned by a really nice family and the father and son are always really helpful and knowledgeable. We've been buying ciggs from them for years because they are so cheap and now we'll be happy to give them our business for our vaping needs too. My only suggestion is to have liquids for tasting. I would have spent much more money if I was able to try them. Still not reason enough though to go elsewhere because they are so friendly and they even sell their liquids (quality liquids) cheaper than the standard $10 for 1 or $25 for 3. Huge selection of products in the store and they're open late. Next door to barber shop and Soul Food Cafe in Albertson's shopping center. read more

Great shop. Been coming here for a while and the owner and his son are always friendly and helpful.. Fair prices, consistently good customer service, clean store, always well stocked... not to mention they have some beautiful glass. Would def recommend. read more

The owner is combative and a liar. Was charged $14.99 for a pouch of American Spirit tobacco and they refuse their coupons too. Arguing with customers won't keep them neither will over charging them. read more

From what I have experienced and from what my Son has experienced is that the old man is an awful individual, but because of his Son Jay, you will have a pleasurable experience when he is working. Apparently, the old man that owns this shop has absolutely no customer service experience or just chooses to be very disrespectful, rude, calls some of his customers liars, and refuses to exchange an item if broken to his customers. If it weren't for Jay this shop probably would have gone under along time ago. My suggestion is let Jay run the shop and hire someone with customer experience. This way in the end they will pull in returning customers that will keep coming back, making more money and always have great reviews. Having unhappy customers can literally destroy a business. Sure the owner probably says he can't afford to hire someone, but can he? Having someone with great customer experience and service will not only bring in more happy customers that will come back, but the money that will be made will not only pay for the additional help and the store with definitely profit. Just a thought. read more

Normally when I walk into a smoke shop, I'm usually disappointed because I mainly go to stock up on my shisha and coals for my hookah. I like to entertain my guests and friends with a variety of flavor options so that none of the flavors I mix and match don't dull our hangout experience. When I walked into this quaint shop I was amazed at the large number of flavor options and hookah items. On the outside, it appears to be your typical shop, but inside it is packed with a plethora of items half of which meet my hookah needs. The store is well kept so it prevents you from feeling like you're about to make a deal with shifty individuals in a back alley somewhere. The people who work there are very kind and are actually knowledgeable of their products. They will provide suggestions if they can but aren't overbearing in trying to get a purchase out of you. Overall, I feel very good with going there and I will definitely be going back then next time I need more hookah stuff. read more

Awesome smoke shop! Can't say any bad things about this place. The son and dad are really nice and provide great customer service. I always come here for my hookah flavor and coal and will continue to do so! read more

I love coming to this shop. It's the only smoke shop in town that I love going to. They have everything I need and I'm a huge smoker. I've bought many pieces from this shop and the quality has always been top notch. Not to mention the prices are beyond reasonable. Mention yelp and you get another 10% off. I buy all my hookah products here too. I drive past a few shops just to come here. Jay is the best! I'm big on customer service and he's always been great. He'll help you with whatever u need. I just got my vape pen setup from him and he hooked me up. Check this shop out, you won't be disappointed... read more

This place is pretty cool. I've been going here for a while now and Jay always has a good selection of everything to do with smoking. Prices are reasonable as well, way better than the grocery store near by. The hookah selection is the best part, which is why I go, they have a good selection of flavors and hookahs, and pipes, plus if you are a newbie, they can help recommend something good! read more

The owners are really friendly and always willing to help out when I'm looking for something specific. They have an extensive vape selection as well. I don't mind driving the extra mile to go here because their service is superb. read more

Good prices and huge selection of vapes and glass! I came in here for Kratom after calling them to make sure they had it and they did for a pretty good price. Would buy from again (: read more

When I used to smoke I stopped in here a few times for smokes. Literally EXACTLY the same as any other of the thousand smoke shops anywhere. Same smell, look, and energy. The reason for the low rating is I believe any smoke shop that sells vaping gear alongside smoking accessories and tobacco products is BS. read more

Great local convenience of having a smoke shop just down the street with almost everything you could ever want. Always able to stop for some goodies and snax on the way home from a long day. The only bad is the hours they need to stay open later at least on the weekends. read more

Amazing. Simply amazing. Ask for Jay for all your smoke shop needs. This shop carries all the stuff you need to get a hookahs smoke cloudy! Good and fair prices. I've noticed that they carry good batches of Fumari brand. Other smoke shops that I have encountered carry Fumari but either their bags have too many stems or bad shisha leaves. This shop has the BEST batch I've ever smoked! read more

I went in there with my girlfriend to purchase a hookah, tobacco, and coals. We were about to spend about $80. We waited for about 10 minutes while the owner was with another customer. Respectfully he was helping someone else but we knew exactly what we wanted and were ready to go. He could have helped us easily while his other customer was deciding. When we were rung up, we asked to split the payment 50/50. Split tender is so common today. We didn't have any cash on us and asked him why he couldn't split the payment. His answer was that it's cheaper to do it on one card so he doesn't get charged double, and that we just need to go to a bank and sort it out ourselves. Horrible business decisions if you ask me. Smoke Shop Plus is willing to lose out on $80 sales over a measly $1 or 2 charge for swiping a card. I'm sure we're not the first people to ask for payments to be split. In general they provided poor service, poor pricing, and overall a poorly run business. read more
