The ambiance is dark, which is oddly comforting, but the layout left room for improvement. I have never liked bar-style herbal shops where you have to ask for everything; I wish they had a proper shelf display so customers could browse each product individually. If you are looking for kratom, be aware that they have a limited brand selection and a small variety of forms, specifically stocking just beverages, concentrates, and tablets. However, quality makes up for the limited selection, as it is worth noting that all of their brands conform to American Kratom Association standards.

I recently called in to…read morediscuss a possible financial dispute (in which was not the shops fault) and received selective aggression and disrespect while only asking simple questions. This location serves a lot of convenience for me location wise and I'm a consistent paying customer. But I will never tolerate disrespect! FYI everyone, they are not liable to give out the store owner's information, not even their name supposedly. I've experienced a lot of un-professional behavior but never in my life the level I received from this location. Usually I let a lot slide but this! I will definitely not. So with that said, I'll find the store owners information myself lol and will be in contact , plus also will serve any other formal complaints I can at this time.

The tiny cashier with the white hair and glasses was rather rude and seemed irritated that I was even there - I guess because I came right before closing.. granted it's not like this is a restaurant and I'm sitting down for a long meal I'm going to be in and out it's a quick sale you would think that he would want to make some money?! not only was he rude , but he gave me a hard time about wanting to see a couple different pipes on display.. I had one on the counter and I said I'm going to get this one but I'd like to check out this big exotic expensive looking bong on the other side of the store- i was deff going to buy it. as I turned around to walk over to the other counter he says "we are closing now." I looked at him and said "do you want to make a sale?" "I wont be long." He then let out a heavy sigh and just stared at me, as if i was annoying him by even being there. I told him nevermind sir ill take my business elsewhere, and walked out. To who ever owns this shop, you lost a couple nice sales.. if only the little guy wanted my business.. oh yeah and ill never come back here & deff wont reccomend to anyone. Imagine if the owner actually contacts me and apologizes and maybe compensates me to get my business back?! Lol i forgot this is the west coast.. im not in NYC anymore.

Hot Dog! Cheesy I know, but necessary to place the happiness…read moreI felt at finding a shop that made a very uneducated person about vape feel comfortable and to teach me how to use it! After research I was directed to this smaller shop in a strip mall, don't let the location fool you as it is very clean, well kept and smells delicious, as I am assuming from the vape oils for the smoke vape pens they offer... Everything is very well displayed and presented in such a way that you can see everything you need and browse for other items... display cases are organized by type of need and level of product. When I got there, the gentleman was helping another customer and quickly said hello and that he would be right with us.. so we looked around at were very much impressed with the inventory and while we looked, we couldn't help but to hear the conversation he was having with the other customer, it was the first time he had been in and the list of questions actually ended up helping me, however, he answered every question patiently and thoroughly and even gave advice and tips. When that sale was complete, he immediately apologized for keeping us waiting and we were able to explanation we needed. We had just left Buy Legal Meds where we had purchased CBD dabs (needing for upcoming surgeries and anxiety) and were in need of a vape pen and having no knowledge of what I needed, he looked at what we had and immediately went to the case and showed us the brand and how to work it, how to clean it and use it. He even gave us other options and we left very satisfied and will be back as after using the product we are going to upgrade. Now after trying to find other locations close to me, I had almost resorted to buying online as the other shop we had visited was an awful experience!! ***please note the bad experience was not here as had gone to another shop and when we explained what I needed all the guy did was point and shrug his shoulders... we had gone to the AA hookah pipe and vape on hualapia and it was awful, he was rude, crass and wouldn't take the time to even answer my questions) This was the best stop for what we needed and if you are a vape expert or first timer, this is the quality shop you should go to!
