I went on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and I expected a long wait, but I was surprised at how quick the process was, it took no more than 20-25 minutes. Nerses was very friendly and accepted my $10 off coupon and went over the details of my bill once it was time to pay. There were no hidden fees or extra charges, just a quick and simple smog check. He stapled all of my paper work together and explained the DMV process and assured me that the smog check would go through within a few days. When he was done with my car he even reversed it for me to make it easier to drive out of the driveway. Overall great service, I would definitely recommend this shop. read more

***Star Station*** I received my registration in the mail and said I needed a smog check done by a STAR STATION. So I googled some in Burbank and came across Smog-Ease. I read reviews, visited their website and was able to print out a coupon. I went in on a Saturday and was able to get in and out in less than 15 minutes. It was quick and easy and I passed above all. First of all, let me begin by pointing out that this is a test only station. This is what you want, because nobody is trying to sell you anything else except getting your smog check. They won't mess with your test to get extra money for more services. I have been coming here for years and Nick has always been very quick and professional. Awesome place! Went to their website and got a coupon for a $45 smog and couldn't be happier. When I arrived another customer was finishing up. I was in a hurry when I got here and realized I forgot all the necessary paperwork needed for the smog. The owner said it was ok and that he could use the old registration. Friendly with a clean shop, fast service and good prices... What more can I ask? I decided to go there becuase it has really good review so I just wanted to find out for myself. People weren't wrong! The ower took a few minutes to finish up with the previous customer and then took care of te smog check on my car. It's never unnecesary to give directions and he kindly explained that by Monday (becuase I went in on a Saturday) I would be able to renew my registration online or at any DMV or AAA location. He took my coupon and apply the discount to the service, and to my surprice attached another coupon to the invoce. The owner is very conversational and attentive, he nicely asked me to take a seat in the waiting area with 2 side tables filled up with a diversity of magazines...
