They can handle walk-ins but you may not get your barber of choice. I used an easy booking method available through their social media accounts. This was red flag #1. Where are the barbers? Anyway, we waited patiently for about 30 minutes, and I was optimistic because the cut of the teenager who sat before us was fresh. Ok, so when it was our turn, I explained to Drew that my son was 3 and a little figetty; I then asked if he was 1) patient and 2) used to dealing with young kids? He replied yes to both...but he was none of the above. Every time my son moved a little or tried to make conversation with Drew, he either rolled his eyes, sucked his teeth, or barked at him. Trying not to loose my cool at this impatient, unfriendly excuse of a barber, I frequently had to jump in, giving my son verbal reassurance and encouragement to trust the barber and be still. (He's had other barbers and the sessions go without a hitch just based off their acumen with kids.) Anyway, after talking my son through his 30 minute cut, I noticed that his fade and shape up were both crooked, so I nicely asked Drew to take a little off the side and bring his line up, you know, simple instructions for a barber. At that point, he gave me the same foul attitude that he gave my son, and argued with me about how it was not crooked, how it then was my son's fault, how he's "not a magician," and whole lot of other nonsense. After I set him straight about all his shenanigans, he finally made the changes, begrudgingly of course. All in all, I found Drew to be combative, defensive, unprofessional, classless, impatient and a poor barber. So especially if you're bringing a child for a cut, and you don't want to go to jail for pepper spraying a barber for bullying your child, then be like me and stay away.
