And the Family Del Sol said, 'Think you have the wrong place. We don't have that.' Giggled And hung up on me AGAIN. I strongly discourage any business like this. I never had a problem before. But maybe FIX - YOUR mistake?? 'No we're offering 10% off your next order...that's all we can do.' No it's not! It's eggs, beans, rice.. If that return is worth more to you than a good customer- I wonder on your sanity already. Not even common sense!! I've been in customer service & food over half my life. Ridiculous. And to be MORe than RUDE on top of it- when I had been nothing but polite. I even speak basic Spanish. I feel sorry for those that don't and go here. This family clearly has no idea how to run a business or treat people. But they continue to because it's a monopoly here- where else do you go? You want to be discriminated against- & laughed at behind your back- go here. I've heard 4 other terrible stories from people who live here. Just bringing up 'customer service in this town'... I don't even live here but have been for a long time working. These people are extremely rude & I can tell you- don't deserve business until changes in attitude are made.
