I went to Adorama first and they said they don't do anything like that anymore (they suggested I go to their website--so much for personalized service). So I didn't have high hopes when I brought it to Neil. But he brought his smarts and his enthusiasm to the project and the result was something wonderful. (Throughout the process we also engaged in a long-running philosophical dialogue on the nature of existence, with some very questionable, off-color humor thrown in for good measure, all at no extra cost.) In a world that's succumbed to one-size-fits-all service and solutions, Baboo is part of a dying breed. By the second year the awning company went out of business and as far as I was concerned not a day to soon. Fortunately they went out of business while I had possession of my awning. Step in Knoll Awnings. They took my awning the next year and stored it for the winter. These people are professional and have been in business for many many years. When I call for my awning it's put up the same day or the next day at the latest and the same when taking it down. Could I do it myself? No it's very complex with cords threaded through it to attach it to the frame. As can be expected awnings have a life expectancy. A few years ago mine was starting to show signs of wear. I spoke to Fred, the owner, who made a new one to order and at a very reasonable price. I'm a customer for life and should you need an awning, I highly recommend "Knoll Awnings.

Great service and beautiful craftsmanship!…read more I got a piece of artwork and was referred to EmbroidMe to get it framed as they told me the was the best place to go to. After looking at some of these reviews I was concerned but when I showed up there was an artist that got 15 pieces framed in front me of (wow). Yes this made it a very long wait but it made us realize this framer is a hidden gem and the go to for professionals. We looked around the framing section of the store and they had beautiful artwork framed, sports memorabilia framed, and clothing framed. This extra time allowed us to look at more frame and completely switch up the type of frame we wanted. When it was our turn to discuss our artwork we saw Mohammed who went through many different options with us and stayed late past closing time which we greatly appreciated. After picking a frame and glass we had to wait and see how it would turn out. 2 weeks later it was ready and WOW! It beat our expectations, it was perfect in everyday. The frame color blended right into the artwork really making it pop which is what we wanted! In short: - Great Faming - Great Service - I will be back to have framing done here
