Twenty years ago when I bought my house it came with a fixed awning on one of our decks. So every season I had an awning company take it down, store it for the winter and put it back up in the spring. By the second year the awning company went out of business and as far as I was concerned not a day to soon. Fortunately they went out of business while I had possession of my awning. When I call for my awning it's put up the same day or the next day at the latest and the same when taking it down. Could I do it myself?
