Great service and beautiful craftsmanship! I got a piece of artwork and was referred to EmbroidMe to get it framed as they told me the was the best place to go to. After looking at some of these reviews I was concerned but when I showed up there was an artist that got 15 pieces framed in front me of (wow). Yes this made it a very long wait but it made us realize this framer is a hidden gem and the go to for professionals. We looked around the framing section of the store and they had beautiful artwork framed, sports memorabilia framed, and clothing framed. This extra time allowed us to look at more frame and completely switch up the type of frame we wanted. When it was our turn to discuss our artwork we saw Mohammed who went through many different options with us and stayed late past closing time which we greatly appreciated. After picking a frame and glass we had to wait and see how it would turn out. 2 weeks later it was ready and WOW! It beat our expectations, it was perfect in everyday. I had to go to the framing section of this store to frame a slightly larger art piece I bought from Italy. Depending on the frame and the type of glass I could choose, prices were upwards of $260 for this this item that was about 3' x 1'. I finally settled on the cheapest frame, and the cheapest glass to get the job done, which ended up costing me about $160. I thought this was a hefty price, especially since I've gotten larger pieces done for cheaper at other locations. Unfortunately all those other places were a little further away. Long story short, they did a great job meeting my expectations; I just wish it didn't cost as much. Mohammed was extremely friendly, very courteous, and it was a pleasure working with him. FYI - expect it to take an average of 2 weeks to get the job done. read more

I had an expensive jacket brought here and asked for them to match the color of the existing logo that was on the jacket already , I selected the color from the choices in the store, they made me sign for after, which I did, however I pointed to grey and they did the logo in green which is not what I told the girl in the store, she obviously entered the code wrong, the manager did nothing except offer a patch or sharpie for the green logo which looks horrible next the other grey logo it was suppose to match. He wont take responsibility for his stores errors. for this reason I feel uncomfortable using them again and would avoid as they also couldn't even spell my company name correct and I had to correct them on that multiple times, they lack...competent sales people, &Integrity dont buy here! read more

I submitted an inquiry to the website for this store listed on Apple Maps over three weeks ago. Never received a response, and when I called they said the rush fee for getting it done in a week would be 50$, as compared to the normal 20$ for ONE line of embroidery. I understand the need for a rush fee, but I was never even contacted back and when I spoke on the phone, they were very disagreeable. read more

BE WARNED IF YOU LEAVE YOUR SHIRT WITH THEM AND ANYTHING HAPPENS ITS ON YOU THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY... thats right you leave Your shirt or whatever to have embroidery performed and "something" happens they will not take responsibility. Horrible practice in my opinion i left and went else where as i believe if i leave my product with them and pay for a service and something happens it is their responsibility. Its a shame because my first experience with them wasnt too bad in fact it was pleasent, that was 1 year ago. I would never trust this company again. Bad service poor quality no responsibility. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service of one of your locations. I called to speak with a manager regarding a large purchase I had already inquired about, to which an employee, Mohammad, at this location, refused my request and proceeded to tell me I was 1. I'm not allowed to speak with a manager and then 2. told me they did not want my business and to not contact the store again. I'm not exactly sure how your company handles business but to speak to a customer in such a manner is completely unacceptable. read more

Terrible customer service! Owner/manager was rude and obnoxious when I complained that the (brand new) bags that I brought in to be embroidered were dusty and filthy when I picked them up. He said I only had a right to complain about the embroidery and not the cleanliness of my bags. He later became verbally abusive and told me to leave the store and never return. I had to cool off for a while before I can write this review about the experience I had here in early February. I brought in (2)Pottery Barn backpacks and (2) luggages to get monogramming before our big trip. For 78 dollars they butchered up 1 set of backpack and suitcase and the other 2 were crooked- Visibly crooked. I spoke with the owner about my disappointment and he tried to cover up his screwed up and said its puckering that happens normally on embroidering and that no embroidery ever comes out straight. I can clearly see that the fabric has been distressed from pulling and tugging from a botched up job on the first set. There were parts where the outline on block lettering was missing and he pretended that was fine. I kept telling him this was a horrible job and he kept denying it. He continued to belittle me in saying " You don't know embroidery and you shouldn't dwell on the small things. He then continue to say " you don't know if your chid will go to a concert and not come back because of a shooting." This is the response to how he butchered up the luggage and back pack that I cannot even replace because it is no longer available through Pottery Barn Kids. This business clearly has no integrity and craftsmanship is nonexistent. Had he fessed up to his mistakes I wouldn't have been as upset but his belittling attitude towards my feelings and expectations was disgraceful! Please learn from my experience and go somewhere else where you will spend less money and get professional quality work. read more

After rushing there and a long drive to get my items to them when they requested, paying a rush fee, and told they would be ready in two days by 3 pm, I drove well over an hour and was told they were NOT ready, and that they would never tell someone a certain time. I needed these bags for a trip the next day. So this was beyond frustrating, as time was at a premium. He said to come back in another two hours, but couldn't promise anything. So I then wasted another two hours, as I was not driving two hours round trip to go home and back. Finally I was able to get my bags...no apologies for the inconvenience...no refund on my rush fee... On the positive side, they did a nice job on the monogram, if you can put up with the lack of customer service there...understatement. The one monogram is off center, but still okay. They also make you sign a waiver that if your item gets caught up in their machine, and gets ruined, they are not responsible??!! They also make you pay 100% upfront, so you have no recourse if there is a problem. Ps I no longer live in CSH, so this is a long distance for me to drive. read more
