FedEx is an absolute disgrace…read more We paid $75 for overnight shipping from East Meadow, NY to Clearwater, FL. The package was supposed to arrive Saturday. It didn't. When we called, we were told FedEx's system "mistakenly" scheduled it for Monday. Their error--and they refused to fix it. On Monday, it got worse. They couldn't even locate the package and told me I would have to go pick it up. No one could tell me where it actually was. I was sent from one FedEx location to another, wasting hours, with each location acknowledging the mistake but unable to resolve it. The only reason I even got the package was because someone finally located it at 7 PM the night before I was leaving--making the overnight service we paid for completely meaningless. The local employees were the only bright spot--they tried. The company itself is a failure. Then customer support. I was told to call for a refund due to their failure. Instead, I was passed around repeatedly until I reached someone named Claudia, who gave contradictory information, made things up as she went along, and ultimately refused to issue a credit despite the obvious failure to provide the service we paid for. FedEx lost the package, failed to deliver overnight, forced me to track it down myself, and then refused to take responsibility. This is not a delivery company you can rely on.

Got my prints done and I sent the finger print cards to my future employer. Only to find out the scanned prints were of very poor quality and I would have to redo them. This company would not heed my request to go another location to redo the finger prints on the FD-258 cards provided by my employer or to refund my money. Please note the FD-258 cards provided by these guys are not equivalent to the original ones. Avoid this place at all cost.

I ended up waiting over an hour for a service that took a total time of 5 minutes. I will never be using PrintScan again, and I recommend that you also find another fingerprint service provider.
