    $6 sushi Wednesdays
    Christina S.

The imperfect tomatoes in the discount bin were ripe and delicious. I will check this little cart out for more deals on ripe produce. The sushi was spicy but it was half the size of the $6 sushi at sprouts. It was good that they labeled them raw or cooked. The negative was that the "crap" sushi was imitation crab meat but it was not labeled. If you read the ingredients it states the ingredients in imitation crab meat. It's some white fish that starts with a "p". I will not be getting the sushi from here again since Sprouts has the same deal on Wednesdays with larger sushi rolls.

    Love this!

Customer service is the best! I've been to many Smiths throughout Las Vegas, and this location has the best service! Super friendly and informative. The store is very easy to navigate. Great produce, sushi area and deli! Thanks to all employees!!!!

And I love the circus of ceilings lights, impossible to miss. I always enjoy a nice wrap around bar centerpiece in restaurants. Make sure to take a stroll by the open fires over which the steaks are flamed and admire the cases of steaks. Our server, Stephanie, and the support staff were a delight. She was very personable, incredibly attentive, and timed the dinner perfectly for our departure to an evening show. The following order was family style for a party of 3 and it was a good amount and complementary flavors. Ben Franklin's milk punch cocktail - refreshing, light and perfectly balanced. Jose's taco - I have a jamón in my kitchen, so Jose's luxurious creation was a must try. It was a delicious and indulgent treat. The nori with the slice of jamon was a novel combination. But not a must-have if you're conscientious of spend. Smoked oysters were small-medium nuggets enveloped gently in the smoke and foam. Their cesar salad was prepped table side. It was an enjoyable variation of traditional Cesar, fragrant with anchovy umami and topped with crunchy cheese and jamón. It's worthwhile for a salad starter. We had a surf and turf meal with the crab rice and ribeye. The washugyu ribeye was served at perfect temperature, a cooler medium rare. Absolutely worth it. 2-lb minimum order required. If you're wanting a bold red wine to complement the steak, get the Tinta De Toro. The crab rice had a risotto-like texture and tasted like the ocean. Highly recommend. Leeks - roasted with a hazelnut sauce. They were good complementary side dish to the crab rice and steak.

5-Star Experience!…read more Earlier this month, we celebrated a bachelor party in Las Vegas. Our last night consisted of a good steak dinner. We booked Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres for 7PM seating. There are good photo opportunities at the entrance of the restaurant. We were seated immediately upon arriving. *Note* This is a nice restaurant and should expect 2-3 hours for the entire meal. Our waiter was a real professional. He explained the entire menu to us and offered us different ways to order. He took into account the party size and made recommendations on what to order and in what quantities. This proved to be extremely helpful to ensure nobody left hungry but also not over ordering (This is important because, let's be honest, this place is pricey). His friendliness and attentiveness were top notch. For a total of 7 men, (2) two-pound steaks were perfect. We ordered medium-well to accommodate everybody at the table. It was cooked perfectly. The sides allowed each person to try every appetizer. Drinks came out fast and tasty. Our cups were never empty. Overall, we had a great experience and helped close out the bachelor party on a high-note. I highly recommend this restaurant for anybody celebrating an event- well worth the cost!

You can smell that BBQ goodness before you even take the first bite! The location is slightly unassuming but what it offers is incomparable. I'm so glad to find a place in Vegas with great bbq and AMAZING service. Called, and management was kind enough (even though booked up) to tell me to bring our other friend along, and they'd find a way to seat us!! Excellent customer service!! BRAVO!! Seated quickly. Place is quite dark and atmospheric. It's a traditional Old Vegas style location. Menu quite expansive. Lots of good choices. I decided on the French Onion Soup, the filet and the sprouts and swine!! My mates, had a caesar salad (to share) and a filet and strip. Drinks were also nice, a good variety of interesting cocktails. Meal, arrived, all delicious, the onion soup was very beefy with a wonderful taste and the melted cheese, lovely. The filet, done perfectly. They also had a number of sauces you could add, I went with their spicy sauce, and WOW, it was spicy, not unpleasantly so, but def spicy but with a delicious flavor. It truly enhanced the steak!! I'd def get it again. The sprouts and swine (sprinkled with cheese) as a side was also wonderful but so filing, I couldn't finish it all. But def wanted to. Very happy with the meal and our server was excellent as well. He was attentive, but not obtrusive. My mates also enjoyed their meals, it was stellar all around. And this may be the BEST thing here, during the weekdays, they have a Happy Hour dining menu, which means many items, including steaks are 1/2 off! So our filet which would have been $75 was only $38, that's a Vegas deal. And with that quality, it is something to rave about!! The location isn't too big, parking is difficult and reservations are required!! But I really had a great time, hanging out with my mates, and enjoying a superior meal away from the Strip!! I would absolutely return here. From there courtesy with the last minute change in our reservations, to the service at our table, and the delicious food, Herbs and Rye comes highly recommended. Come hungry. There's plenty to choose from. My best suggestion, don't drive there, take ride-share, it'd be a lot easier!! This is a wonderful break from the bustle and overpriced options on the Strip, and part of the old Vegas which is sorely missed. Def returning on my next visit. Thanks to all at H and R for a wonderful evening.

He spent a lot of time explaining the menu and answering questions. He never seemed to be in a rush and was on top of it. There were others constantly filling water, removing plates, etc. The service alone was impeccable. We loved the mushroom fries. The basil aioli it came with was fantastic. We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were more like a salad, fresh with lemon and pistachio. The creamy garlic mashed potatoes were also fantastic. My wife and I both tried the Spencer cut steak. It was grilled to perfection. Great char and came out the way I ordered it. Juicy and not fatty, an excellent cut. I really enjoyed the sorbet as well. I was so full, but it was a welcomed, refreshing conclusion to our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was classy. The food and service amazing. Can't wait to return here when in town next. My husband had dined at the Henderson location a couple of years ago and had such an amazing…read moreexperience, he wanted to go to the Trivoli location for our anniversary dinner. The first floor of the restaurant was very cool! You could see the cuts of meat in the refrigerators and there is also a bar on the left of the entrance. There was a beautiful chandelier by the staircase as well. The upstairs dining area was very plain however. Bare walls, industrial type of standard light fixtures. The server recommended the skirt steak which we ordered MR. Also ordered the ribeye, portobello mushrooms fries and the steak tartare to start. I've never seen a steak tartare come out brown as it shows in the photo. I was so hungry, so I tried some, assuming the kitchen wouldn't send out bad raw meat. It tasted ok but the more I kept eating the weirder I felt about the color. We asked the manager if this was a common occurrence as my experience with steak tartare had never been this way. She said that it shouldn't come out brown and said she'd take it off the menu. She then later came back to explain that the lime juice that's in the marinade oxidizes the raw beef so that's why it's brown... which is an acceptable answer I suppose? It just felt weird bc I couldn't find any photos of browned steak tartare on google when looking up the restaurant menu. The steaks we ordered MR came out. The ribeye was cooked decently but the skirt steak was more on the rare side so we had to send it back for an oven heat up for 1 more minute. I enjoyed the skirt steak but it was too sweet to enjoy the whole thing. Cooking it in the oven for another minute made it even sweeter. It tasted like over sweetened Korean galbi in steak form. I'd say the portobello fries was my favorite dish and decided to take the rest to go to pick at in the hotel. After dinner we were given the dessert menu which didn't really call out to me, but since we told the server it was our anniversary, they gave us complimentary sorbet which was very nice. I liked the sorbet quite a lot but I was pretty full so didn't get to enjoy much of it. The gesture was kind though. At the end, the steak tartare was not taken off our receipt so we had to ask for that to be taken off since the manager told us she'd do that. The server gladly obliged. I want to say, that there was a female employee - maybe a busser, who worked really hard to be attentive with our waters and clearing our plates. I wish I got her name! I believe she was Latina with a ponytail if that helps at all working Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend at 6PM. All in all, the experience was not as great as my husband's first time at the Henderson location - he said the cuts were so much bigger before and the ambience of the Henderson location was more fine dining-esque. But the economy is tough lately so I figured the quality could've easily gone down. Because the price points were very reasonable, I thought it was up to par with what we paid. Probably won't go back unfortunately but it was great to try it out. The plaza it is in is called Trivoli(?) and I thought it was a cute spot with a lot of shops. Although everything was closed by 8, we walked around to digest a little and enjoyed the evening.
