We started at Rentschler to begin our process of buying a new vehicle but looked at several other dealers- near and far. We were not happy with the treatment at these other dealers. We went straight back to Rentschler and are extremely happy we did. We were already satisfied with the mechanical team in the service department over the years. Bob Kuntz, parts advisor, always updated us with the status of any needs for the vehicle before automatically replacing part(s), called when the vehicle was completed, and treated us with respect. Now that we have purchased a vehicle at Rentschler, we know that the respect for customers is also in the sales department. Adam Gazdalski-sales consultant, Paul Woodring- sales consultant, Greg Williams- sales manager, and John Knapp- finance manager were all pleasant to deal with and took the stress of buying a new vehicle off of our plate. The certified pre-owned vehicle we purchased at Rentschler was super clean inside and out. While we endure whayvwas almost a death situation. He was able to squeeze my car in and get it fixed in 4 hours. The car alarm was going crazy police hassling while at the hospital by my family's side as they almost passed away. He got me in and out during a short period I had family support to step away from the hospital. He did me personally a great solid and did it fast. John, an associate, said they were really busy, but that he would try his best to run tests on my car at least to see what was wrong with it. I really gave up hope since not only is it NYE, but they close at noon, AND they'll be closed all weekend. Two hours later I got a call saying it was the alternator. I left feeling valued and appreciated. - A rarity in today's marketplace. They installed a fairly complicated removable trailer hitch on my BMW. After pickup Tom ( the owner) saw me in the parking lot under car struggling with the removal progress. In a flash HE TOO was on the ground next to me, under the car showing me how to do it. In his good clothes? Yup. Really? He then offered to make me a CUSTOM TOOL that would provide more leverage for my 72 year old hands! Summary They made sure I didn't leave without getting the hang of this tricky removal process. And to boot, they invited me to return after the summer and they would remove it if I was still unable.
