The nurse at the time was not helpful and ignored emails, I don't think she's there anymore thank goodness! Otherwise all around this place is great! Usually the wait time isn't too long even for the walk in clinic.

Billers at optum is either not versed with proper processing and coding or just don't know what they are doing. We never had problem in the past when it used to be TEC. Also when you call the Billing at Optum, they are mostly dismissive and you have to call your own insurance to find out yourself how to resolve it. And even so, Optum Billers would not do it and will tell you insurance should call them. When it is their job to leave the member out of it. They just want to collect the money and you deal with your own instance. Like I said. The doctor is great. But the Billing dept is difficult to deal with. I'm not saying all of them. But most of the ones I had to deal with are arrogant.

I went to schedule my second TB test for my nursing clinicals and the woman I spoke to said they have no record of me being there and I wasn't a patient there because they "don't take walk-ins". I said that I've definitely been there before and she started spouting off other locations I could have been at instead, even though I literally have the proof with my TB results that I was there. Not dealing with this place again as I've literally always had problems with scheduling. Seeing a provider should never be this difficult. Would rather go to Labcorp and just get it done there at this point.
