This is a strange gynecology practice. They may be great for pregnant patients, but not very helpful for everyone else. They refer you to a PCP for potential urinary/sti issues. They refer you to the main hospital to get a simple ultrasound done. They actively tried to dissuade me from getting a health and wellness exam. Very strange. read more

Very terrible experience as a new patient. Did not receive any confirmation of apt, no address, map, directions...nothing. Googled address, I arrived half an hour before my apt but couldn't find any parking area. Called them and they directed me to a parking garage on the other side of the hospital on a different street. Wear good shoes and be prepared for a walk to get there. Signs are not helpful, went into two wrong entrances, finally found the right office...was told my appointment had to be rescheduled because I was 10 minutes late....(yes, it took me 40 minutes to find parking garage on different street then figure out which was the right building to go into.) They said at 11 minutes my appointment was already more than half over! Really? Only 20 minutes total allotted time for desk check in, wait for room, change to gown, nurse check and dr exam for a new patient appointment?.....After over 15 minute hike up stairs and around another building to get back up the elevator to get to my car, I've decided this is a good indication of really unfriendly service...I'll find another dr. read more

Dr. Brinkley deliverd my twins back in 2013 and just recently saw him due too some women issues with periods. He's great! He educates his patients and looks into problems and comes up with a treatment plan. He also has really good bed side manner. I didn't have too deal with long waits. They got me in right away when I showed up. I didn't have too wait for hours like at the UW years ago. If you come here I would recommend Dr Brinkley or Bernstein they both will listen and help you out. read more

Very disappointed with Dr. SUNDWALLS nurse Mary, she was so rude over the phone and when i finally told her off she hang up on me...she was complaining and lecturing me on and on and on how i missed one appointment which btw i have an appointment every week at 22 weeks. I told her i need a solution or treatment to my problem..she was having a hard time moving on with my one missed appt. It felt like i was in hs dissing class or something..she really got into my nerve...she was so unprofessional how she talks to patients regarding a missed appt. And all they do there when i go every week is to check my bp and sugar which btw i can just email to their office to make my life so much easier but nooo, they gotta see me..ofcourse more money for them. read more

All the nurses are very kind and go out of there way to help you. All the doctors I say I never had a problem with. I wish I could remember the name of the nurse I had because she was just amazing. read more

VERY UNSATISFIED with Dr Sundwall at this location... on multiple appointments he interrupted me to answer phone calls from his wife about adds on craigslist... Rushed me out of SEVERAL appointments and showed no interest in my pregnancy... Being my first I had so many questions and concerns and was often brushed off with vague answers... The kicker... He even called me at home to argue with how I was feeling about being unsatisfied with him as my doctor... Very unprofessional... LUCKILY the entire staff at this location was familiar with my concerns and took amazing care with placing me with other physicians who actually took great interest and care for the health of myself and unborn child... Special thanks to Mid wife and nurse Rachel A Zare for being AMAZING at this location... If I ever have another child I would LOVE to be in her care again... I can't say enough wonderful things about her...! She took so much time to explain every detail of my pregnancy on every visit and was an absolute doll...! Thank you.... I've seen Jasmine Albrect for 2 of my 3 pregnancies and I've been very happy w/ the care! I've heard it's somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes that doctors are booked, but that she along w/ one other doc there are always running a little late. It's for a good reason though, she'll talk everything out w/ you and not make you feel rushed. As for the hospital itself, overall I'd also give it a 4 star rating. Almost everyone was fabulous. One triage nurse ticked me off, making me wait for a few minutes outside triage, then in the middle of a contraction she told me she couldn't help me if I didn't come in. Fast forward 2 minutes later when she checked me and I was at 7 cms, she realized I wasn't walking or talking because I was just minutes from pushing my baby out! Other than that little irritating moment, all the other nurses and the doc who ended up delivering that baby were really great! I believe it was Dr. Steinburg who delivered my second baby and I felt totally comfortable w/ her even having never met her. read more
