Now with a child, it was time to find someone in Seattle. It is very rare that I genuinely like a doctor (several docs around with various specialties among family members and friends, so standards are high...), but Dr. Brandon is an absolutely fine doctor. Patient's of mine highly recommended him to me and I honestly wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Dr. Brandon is one of those rare doctors who, when he treats his patients, places his emphasis on the "care" in healthcare and "human" in human bodies. When it is so common nowadays to run into doctors who don't even look at the patient chart before coming into the exam room, Dr. Brandon carefully reviews the patient's health history to the smallest detail to get the full picture. As a dental office manager, I especially appreciate this. However "routine" your medical needs or procedure may be, he treats you as if you're his only patient.

Dr. Y would always call me after hours to answer my questions and would ensure I was in a private place to talk. Dr. Y treated me for my migraines, feminine issues, and chronic sinusitis. He's such a geniune and caring person, it breaks my heart to even consider seeing someone new in Los Angeles. I also love Swedish Physicians Group. Easy to get a same day appointment in the office, even if Dr. Y isn't available. The Magnolia office is located near a Bartell's as well so that makes everything easy. The lab at the office is as painless as it can get when it comes to shots and getting your blood drawn. Bonus: Polyclinic and Swedish have synced their medical records so Dr. Y could easily see the prescriptions from my Polyclinic dermatologist.

She is kind, but still professional; she is calm (doesn't make her patients freak out) while being honest; she listens and is open to your story, questions, and concerns; she is prompt when you contact her. Her staff is all lovely. The billing system at UW is a pain (though I haven't worked with a medical system where the billing system isn't a pain), but totally worth it to see Dr. Moreni.

Dr. Miller was also my gynecologist 17 years ago when I had my first child. Just as before, he is very attentive, genuinely care, fast and sharp as usual. The clinic is small, cozy, and full of plants and cool vintage decor. The exam rooms themselves have a cozy old school vibe as well. The woman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) was so friendly and gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited; she also talked me thru insurance information so that I'd fully understand my copay and everything. Dr. Bliss had a very calming and kind demeanor, he seems like a person who genuinely enjoys caring for people. Going to the doctor can be a stressful experience, but Dr. Bliss and his partner made it a relaxing one. I'd genuinely look forward to going back! To top it all off, they let me take a couple plants home for free from the waiting room. The best!

As soon as I walked into the waiting area, I knew I was in for a positive experience. There has been so much attention to detail put into making the space beyond beautiful and welcoming. The waiting area is such a feast for the eyes that it almost makes me sad that there is never a wait to see the doctor! I could happily spend my whole day in there - especially since Laura is so darn friendly and such a warm and lovely conversationalist! Dr. Bliss is equally amicable. He truly takes time to get to know you, listen to all your concerns, and ensure you feel heard. I'm the kind of person who is skittish around doctors due to having been shamed by them in the past for different issues like weight or lifestyle choices. Dr. Bliss approaches patients in a way that is very affirming and positive and I felt totally at ease expressing all my concerns to him. He gave me all the information I needed without any judgement. I had such a great experience here that I immediately established care for my 14yo here too. My kiddo has a lot of anxiety about going to the doctor but he pretty much echoed all the sentiments I've already stated in this review. After his appointment, he talked a lot about how nice Dr. Bliss was and I noticed he wrote "You guys are awesome!" on his exit slip. That's pretty high praise from a kid who allegedly hates going to the doctor! It's so rare to find compassionate country doctor vibes from a clinic inside the city. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Bliss to all my friends!
