These are small town based locations in regions distant from the large malls. They are independently owned franchises . While they are much smaller than a full size store, they do specialize in tools, major brands of appliances, electronics, exercise equipment, and lawn & garden items by Sears, Roebuck, and Co. stores. This Louisburg location is owner operated along with some employees. Every time I have visited to shop, I have been greeted courteously and helped by either the owner or an employee who is knowledgeable about the products. Questions are answered and products demonstrated. If they do not have what you are searching for, they can order it for you and have it available quickly. These stores have to be more selective on hiring not everybody is fit for customer service.

He installed the sink and went on his way. The charges were very reasonable for the work. And that's when I became a total idiot... I noticed cracks in the sink's bowl. I called Jayk's. The person asked for a snapshot of the problem. I sent it and (honestly) said I didn't remember if there were crack that large before. A minute later Jayk's sent me a photo of the pre-work sink. Yep... there were the cracks. I apologized profusely and they were cool about it. Apparently the old ugly faucet was all I could notice. So...yeah...I'm a dummy who has become too used to contractors creating as many problems as they fixed. Not Jayk's though - they're great.
