Absolutely horrible and incompetent!! Our AC unit is leaking water from a rusted out spot yet this…read moreidiot company told my home warranty company that it was due to physical damage then turned around and said it was from accidental damage in the same report. When I called to get some clarity on the issue the person that answered the phone refused to give me any info to educate me and literally told me it was his word against mine then admitted they never even addressed the rust and that's where it's leaking. This is a transcript of our call. I've also added a picture of the rusted spot where the water is leaking that he said was NOT normal wear and tear on an eleven year old unit. I am the only one that lives in my home with the exception of my disabled mother who I'm no way is capable of making it upstairs to the attic to mess with the AC unit. I'd also like to add I never touched the unit nor would I ever try to because I don't know anything about HVAC AND I have a home warranty and all I have to do is call them and submit a claim and they take care of things. Nobody ever goes upstairs to that attic so the physical damage is just nonsense. Do not use this incompetent company and because of their incorrect diagnosis my home warranty company is refusing to pay for the claim. I'm appalled that he didn't even offer to help me understand the situation and their supposed findings. Transcript of our call - "I was wondering if you could give me a lottle clarity on the diagnosis of our unit becaue I got a report back from the home warranty company and I don't know if I talk to you Participant Hello You before or not Do you are you familiar with our situation? Participant Is this the one that had the damage unit? You Well, I mean it depends on who says it was damaged but it's the one that's leaking water through the ceiling. Participant Oh yes ma'am how can I help you? You OK, so I'm kind of confused in one part of the email that I got from the home warranty company. It said the evaporator is leaking and then it says the fan motor is damaged due to accidental damage so then in the other part of the email that they said that you guys told them the indoor unit leaking extensively due to physical damage outdoor unit missing screws evidence of for entry which did not happen and it says someone tried to pry it open with a tool so my question is in the upstairs unit that's leaking the water. That's rusted out like the whole bottom is rusted out and that's where the water is coming from so I don't know how that can be physical damage or accidental damage Participant Oh well, that was our assessment. It's not normal wear and tear. You How is not normal like how does that happen then? Participant Yeah, we didn't. We did not address the rust but there's something you'll have to take up with your home warranty. You All right, I'm asking you if you didn't address that's where the water is coming from. It's coming from that? Participant Yes ma'am, we saw we saw evidence of physical damage You Can you explain that to me so I understand it better? Participant Yeah, on the coil You Where is the coil located? Participant Ma'am, you have to you have to be in touch with your home warranty that we don't have any bearing on that You But you're the one that sent them the diagnosis Participant session You diagnosis so that this is Participant Yes, ma'am You all right so they don't know either. They're just sending me what you wrote in that email Participant Well, if they have You report. Participant questions, you can have them call and we can discuss it with their authorization department You I really don't understand why y'all are being so shady like if you just can't tell me what's wrong with it so I can understand things better Participant This is not shady. Man is physical You understand it is you're telling me it's Participant damage it's your word against us I mean, we're yeah it's our You damaged. It's physical damage but like can you OK? Can you tell me Participant professional appearance and we're not gonna get another dispute. You where the coil is located? like did somebody go inside the unit? Is it in the unit like did somebody have to open it up? Participant Ma'am, ma'am, we're not gonna get a dispute with this. We've already turned in our report"

Almost a year ago I let AIRNOW into my home and they left evidence of their work by leaving damage…read morebehind. BE CAREFUL/WATCHFUL if you use them. They deserve a zero rating but they did do something. At this point I am having issues with cooling, after spending thousands with this company for a new indoor and outdoor unit that I probably did not need. It appears that they don't stand behind their work, and they do not follow up (or follow through) or see it through when their work result in needed repair(s) from damaged area(s) in your home. One of their reps even made a recommendation for an attic fan that was just not needed that would cost over a thousand dollars, if I had gone for it. Be careful AIRNOW is about volume not quality work, and they want to sell you on a program that cost you monthly. I shouldn't have AC concerns after a full unit install, inside and outside, right at the one year mark from the install. Management made my experience no better because they will tell you untruths, to state it politely. If you choose to use AIRNOW, again be WATCHFUL and I highly recommend a second opinion if you consider them.

Call Darren now last night at 10:30 PM because my AC stopped working and my house was extremely…read morehot. Told me they'd have a tech out there but could give me a time but I understood. Sat up and waited until 6:30 AM this morning and they are a no-show. This is the second time I've called there now and they are no-show. However, they did send me a survey link to write how well their technician did during the service call. What a bunch of idiots. Call back this morning at 6:30 and they blamed her after our service for not actually creating a work order, yet I have an email in my inbox that shows a work order. All they offer is excuses but promise to Get to be sometime today if I am willing to wait another 4 to 6 to 8 to 10 to 12 hours. Who the hell ever knows what these losers
