Both of the guys represented the company well. 2) When the guy opened the tank, he discovered an issue, as he thought the pump was not functioning. He proceeded to pump the tank. The cost was $575, which was a reasonable cost based on research. 3) The other guy replaced the pump, which cost $1,600. Based on research, this was an exorbitant price based on the retail cost of the pump. Based on all of the factors, would consider them again for pumping the tank, but absolutely not for other work.

Asking to speak with "the woman in charge" without even knowing the appropriate contact's name was unprofessional enough. The manner in which our staff was treated when they attempted to help was unacceptable. The owner's handling of our cancellation call only reinforced our decision. We expect vendors to treat every employee with respect, regardless of title. Based on our experience, Plumbers R Us failed to meet that basic expectation. We will not do business with companies that treat people this way. The service itself became irrelevant once the professionalism disappeared. We have no interest in working with a company that treats people this way.
