As someone who recently got into lawn care myself, I found Jonathan to be very knowledgeable and confident in his expertise. His communication was timely and professional throughout the process. He completely redid my front yard using a Harley rake, graded and leveled it, and truly brought it back to life. I just asked them via the email to remove me from the customer list as they haven't come back to cut my lawn for 3 weeks. I even asked if they are overbooked, no direct answer to the question rather his response VIA THE EMAIL was for some reason we weren't on the list. This is after they did the Spring clean up and fertilizer application. No word of apology of any sort. Then he said they would come on Monday, no show. It's Wednesday and raining.
