I would add more stars if possible. Excellent job and honest and hardworking. I moved this summer and the previous homeowners had large rugs over their carpet. Looked beautiful but we had no idea what was hiding underneath. When we did the walk through, the rugs were still there covered by boxes. (We allowed them to stay four extra days after we closed so the home wasn't vacant.) When we took possession of the home the rugs were gone and I was horrified to see what they were hiding... stains, pet urine, spills ... and the smell!!! Eugene came out and was honest and told me what he could do and could not do. He exceeded every expectation. Professional, thorough, and did a fantastic job! I even had him clean all the grout and tile. I just got a new (used) rug and will call him to come make it new and fresh before I even consider bringing it in my home. read more

I did a Google search for 10 best carpet cleaning companies in my area and came across Smith Bros A-1CS. After reading all the great reviews I called to discuss pricing. From start to finish I received excellent service. They were able to accommodate my needed day/time. I was given a 3 hr window for service time. The day of service I received a conformation email and ETA. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. Good pricing as well. My carpets look great! I can't say enough great things about Smith Bros! Eugene is very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and super nice. I called him about cleaning my dad's carpet, which hadn't been cleaned in way too long. It was badly stained. Eugene came out the next day and he worked and worked and worked on those stains. Wow, I'm floored. This was just our second carpet cleaning in nearly 20 years with an off white carpet. Oh my, it was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Eugene was on time and focused on the task at hand. The results: Amazing, I'm delighted. Far surpassed my expectations. Had a few stubborn pet, chai tea and cleaning product stains and they're gone!! Where do I begin? Responsiveness...CHECK! Timely...CHECK! Professional...CHECK! This company has more than stellar customer service. We had our new home's carpet shampooed. The service was great. We thought we had an issue with the carpet drying. Called and they responded right away. Did not charge us extra to come out for the issue that had nothing to do with his services. Eugene cleaned my tiles and grout and made them look new again. I was worried the grout was permanently ruined because of my animals but it looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier with his work and his prices were the most affordable. I had people quoting me twice what he did, and he couldn't of done a better job. When I called after they didn't arrive in the window I thought I booked, the owner accommodated me last minute and was at my house within an hour.
