I just bought a '14 JK sport 2dr will low miles and bone stock. I decided to find a real mechanic that works on off road vehicles and jeeps specifically. Man, I must have spent more than an hour just talking shop with Steve who is a cool guy to chat with. They did a big inspection on my new purchase and I got a detailed report both verbally and a printout of what I should be paying attention to. Nothing pressing which was great news. I had questions on my future build plans and tips on what I can do on my own and what to consider or not. So I guess I cannot comment on their fixing or installation practices but it's hard for me to think it would be anything different from the great service I got today. Will be going back.

Technician arrived early the following morning ahead of schedule, listened to me explain the problem and diagnosed the need for an oil sensor. Although there was no "can i help you?", I explained my phone conversation with a fellow earlier. The person behind the screen, while never even looking up at us looked down at the broken part in our hands and commented that they didn't have this. I did earlier explain the part, read the printed description to the fellow on the phone confirmed he had this common part. I was told by the person behind the counter that he had this ($10.00 dollar part) in a kit for $60.00....period. After explaining my confirmation call he began to name different names of people who worked there, probably 5 or 6 in a very condescending way. My mechanic who was with me and I just looked at each other in disbelief, thanked them for their time and left. I'm a business owner and immediately recognized customer service that will cause this business to fail.
