The last time I was there buying parts they had one of their employees on a forklift in their parking lot unloading a truck. The next morning I noticed a large scratch on my bumper. I decided I would go down there and speak to the manager to see if he could review video. When I got there an employee said the manager was out and asked what the problem was. As I explained the situation he stood in front of me with his mouth open and a blank look on his face. The employee that was driving the forklift the previous day overheard my story and chimed in saying I remember your truck there and I didn't hit it. I believed him. That's not the reason I'll never go there again. The reason they'll never have my business is because of the moronic employee who stood in front of me with his mouth open. That employee was purposely mocking me and he is lucky I was able to refrain from knocking that stupid look off of his face.

Dinuba/Reedley area are small towns where everyone knows everybody. The old store manager didn't seem like he had control over the associates. They would always be hanging out in the back or back of the store outside. He was also apparently having a secret relationship with one of the girl associates, I believe her name was Ruby while he had a family at home with another kid on the way. Everyone there knew. My buddies and I overheard a couple employees talking about it. They're going to do whatever they're gonna do but keep it out of the workplace. Glad they have decided to do a better job. Will continue being a customer as long as they are still the priority.

Went in a few days ago to order a Sensor and was properly welcomed(unlike dinuba). The Associate was knowledgeable with a good understanding about shipping times/dates and company policy. It was a pleasant experience, the only thing I didn't like was the forward demeanor of the guy helping me, he was a bit pushy. my part was ordered fast and I was thanked as i exited. Next day my car stalled and when I took the battery back to store employee said it was a bad battery! . They didn't have another one in stock so I had to buy the next higher priced. Next day my car would not start. I had a mechanic check it out and he said my altenater was out. I more than likely didn't have a bad battery to begin with as it was a little over a year old. I called the store and manager pretty much said they sell products that customers want. Depending on who helped me they might have advised me about checking my altenater. I will never go there again. OReillys may be higher in price but they always give suggestions and take the time to really provide good service for your vehicle because they take pride in thier store and care about customers.

I walk in and get mean mugged with no hello or any type of greeting. Alright, whatever. .. so I walk to the back to pick up some oil and diff fluid when I see the same mean muggin associate looking at me and following me at the end of every isle. I walk to him and ask "did you loose something? " he says "no, i came to check if anyone was here." So I reply "oh, are you about to close?" He says "no, we close at 10" and walks away. WTF? I understand people steal and you should watch out for it but that is not the way it should be handled. Any suspected shoplifters should be approached with constant customer service. I've been an AutoZone customer for about 10 years and I have decided to give Oriely's my business. I have a STIHL SR 200 backpack sprayer that has leaked ever since I bought it, in early 2014. This…read morespring I took it back to the dealer I bought it from in Visalia to fix the leak under warranty. I was told I didn't tighten the cap on the tank enough. It still leaked! Because I didn't want to take it back to the place I bought it (which shall remain nameless), I called the STIHL regional rep and was told I could take the sprayer to any authorized service center. Smith Auto Parts in Dinuba was close and didn't need to keep the sprayer for more than a week. Daniel, the person who diagnosed the problems (leaking not only from the cap, but from the boom when the flow valve was off, and another leak from the carburetor) was fantastic! He repaired the sprayer and it was ready in about one week, all under warranty. Thank you Smith Auto and Daniel for taking my concerns seriously and for fixing the leaks!
